That poor thing  you ought to feel awful.
I do... I do...

Wish there were more of them though, I want a full set of depressing Shellbug armor.

I just saw a video of it I could never kill it now. Also besides the fact it doesn't go with my vampiresque noble.

I really thought I'd just take a bit of shell and leave the creature in peace, not TAP TAP TAP SPLORT!

I sort of think...the shellbug is a easter egg of the Brainbug from Starship troopers...

You have vanquished a great good from Skyrim, whatever you do from now the forces of evil will be in your debt.

Now get mining the other shellbug.

You can stop in the middle of mining anything by pressing "b" Also just hitting it six times with a pickaxe works. :3

When it comes out on PC I'm going to put a shellbug in my house... or a bunch of little ones so I can pretend I saved her young.

You do that. Just remember that her young will grow up without the mother that may, or may not, have been eaten by them,

Well you dont see me going around smashing bunnies with my vampire claws... Well just once. I reanimated and it became my bunny companion Peter cotton tail was his name. He died 60 seconds later. Best 60 seconds I have ever had in skyrim. Nothing will ever be the same. Thank you Peter. I just wish you had more time and you didnt attack that giant I was shooting.

I do that... with my claws... then I eat them, because they're delicious. I love being a werewolf. Now if only there were lunar transformations.

I think you did a good thing, as if there was so few shellbugs than there not enough population to be able bred them back they be too inbreeded. So by making it a helmets you save memory of there kind instead of having the last few shellbug die forgotton.

With as fat and slow as they are, I'm fairly certain the only breeding they get is from the Falmer...

If that is there only breeding than you did a good thing killing them as do you want Falmers with Shellbugs helmets, the surface word would be doomed.

If there is two, couldnt you mine ONE piece from each for the helm? Therefore they both live?

You would think shellbugs would make great armor, a shellbug shield sounds amazing.

Technically you would need 3, since it takes one piece of shell to improve it.
