I know absolutely nothing about Kinect. What is a "sort option?"

Beth only cares about the 360, so forget about this happening on PS3/PC.

If they don't add a sort option for users who do not use Kinect, I'll probably sell Skyrim before Dawnguard comes out, seriously. That's ridiculous. Not that Bethesda cares, because they already have my 60 bucks. But at least I'll get a fraction of it back for this shallow, console biased game.

You guys are kidding right?

Beth released a user friendly creation kit for PC users for free, so that we could get as much content as our hearts desired. They favor consoles?
Nonsense.

Microsoft paid money so that their fans could have exclusive content for a minute. So what? Their money is just as good as yours. If you had paid extra, you would also have gotten something extra.

Besides, once they implement the feature for Kinect, I have no doubt that it will come to the other two platforms 30 days later. Probably for free, in a patch.

A Creation Kit full of bugs that pretty much prevent mods on the scale seen in Morrowind and Oblivion.

Didn't they respond that they could only do it for the Kinect patch because "gee, there's no free buttons, so we can only give you sort via speech"? (Which is crazy, of course. There's plenty of buttons to use while in menu, if they did a better job of UI design.)

You can tell your kinect to sort all your items by price, size, and weight that kind of stuff.

Sorry for double post

It is free on 360 that being said you would need a mic at all times on pc and ps3

Would be awesome? YES.

However it won't happen. The only way to get people use Kinect for serious games is to add gimmicks and useful things that only use Kinect. If they gave it to non-kinect users than there would be no reason to even bother with Kinect, and selling more Kinect units is what this is all about.

Bethesda is in the back pocket of Micrsoft. If you don't see that than you need to remove the blinders. Why do you think Oblivion was a release game for the XBox 360 when it first came out and why the next Bethesda game, most likely Fallout 4, will be a release game for the next Microsoft Console? Why do you think the game always runs better on the XBox than the PS3? Why do you think the game is designed for the XBox and then ported to the other systems? Let's not also forget that the new DLC will be XBox only to start with and come out later for the PC and PS3? Exclusivity anyone?

actually the game is blantantly computer biased, a construction kit, no matter how buggy it supposedly is, allows computer users to add tons and tons of content that the other systems will never see (hell i sometimes go back to morrowind to play around with mods and can probably still find somethign new and entertaining). anyway, the game should have sorted your inventory by name automatically at the start and allowed you to choose how it should be sorted at any time, but nope, this is one of the times it is fair to say bethesda droped the ball

This could be done in the menus. It doesn't require a free button or voice commands.

That's not an example of bias. How many times do we need to go over this? Mods are only PC exclusive because your console won't and can't support them.

And what good would a CK be to a platform that can't and won't support mods? Think, man. Think.

It runs better because it is harder to code for a PS3. The Xbox is very close to the PC. The PS3 is the awkward one that everything has to be recorded for. If anything they like the PC the best. Mods, console, creation kit, texture dlc etc. Was Skyrim a release game for Xbox? The ES games have a life cycle of around 5 years so there won't be an Elder scrolls game when the next xbox comes out. If Fallout 4 comes out then who cares. It doesn't even mean anything. I think it is you who is living in the dark. Kinect doesn't mean anything to most xbox players and the dlc exclusivity is because xbox PAY for online. It's just too bad sony don't do the same.

If Fallout 4 is a game release for the new XBox than it does mean something, that Bethesda is in the back pocket of Microsoft.

I just gave you examples and you refuse to even understand what I wrote.

i know full well my console cant handle them and i have no problem with that, but they did not need to include a construction kit for the pc either, in doing so the did show bias

Uh, lol?

You said that mods are not an example of bias towards PC. I said "the CK is what he means"

In other words, "the CK itself is an example of bias toward PC."

The mods are not bias. The CK is, because Bethesda didn't have to release it. They put a great deal of effort into making it, for no other reason than to let PC users tinker with it. For free.

That's bias if anything is. TES has always favored PC. The winds are changing slightly. That's not a bad thing.

What grade are you in and is English like a second language to you? That's not what bias means at all.
