No, and yes but they will make you get it cured after the first mission

Yes after you finish dg you can ask serana to turn you

Lvl 70+

And trust me I had my gawd character that abused crafting skills and was lvl 81 and I found one. It pounded me into submission, I took one fire breath from it and was dead, I didnt have any of my magic resist on though, but I did very minimal damage with my 500 dmg. Sword

Serana, of course!

There is no "best" follower, though, really. It's preference.

Also, been away from the thread for a few hours...apologies. Trying to take my Khajiit through the Thieve's Guild line a bit before I turn him Vamp.

I asked what you said if there is any dialogue differences if you are a vampire and you meet harkon I think i asked this on page three I did not ask about serana. Here is what the person said.

The vampire you are is a watered down disease, as he says and the vampire lord form is the closest to being [censored] by Molag and getting it straight from him.

A bastard on YouTube decided to spoil it and I hope it's not true.

And If so, is it a really major plot point?
