I become a vampire because I wanted to get into the Soul cairn is there any way to get rid of vamprism?

You can cure it, but you won't be able to enter the Soul Cairn again unless you become a Vamp gain. This is why the Soul Trap method is the best choice.

Vampires and WW need to consume to gain perks. Vampires use the drain life spell to "feed". Basicly destroy and consume everything for power!

Can you fix your Soul. It said go to an altar or something to get it back. Or is it best to leave it?

Havnt read through all 3 threads because I want to avoid too many spoilers, but doing a search of the threads didnt turn up anything so... Are there any new "permanent"(not temporary for a quest) companion/followers for the Dawnguard or vampires besides the horse/dogs(someone told me there were dogs lol)?

Temporarily. But you can do it over and over.

Becoming a Vampire Lord gets rid of your Lycanthropy.
