Are the new areas big? Meaning are they big enough to not think that they are small while playing it? How big are they in comparison to other places in skyrim?

The shrine of Molag Bal is in the game, or should I say the bleeding altar. Harkon feared death, so he made a pact with Molag Bal and him and his family were turn into vampires. Serana and Valerica were sixually molested by Molag Bal to become pureblooded. They willingly submitted themselves for Bal on his summoning day. That is all I know so far.

Can you do the Dawngard side quests (Like the Dwemer crossbow etc) after doing the main quest for them?

yeah but yu should get that before so that you can use it against the vamps

Where in the name of Talos is Arvak's skull?

It's directly East (Possibly NE) from the big building where you first meet Serana's mom. You'll see a gazebo type structure with Mistman surrounding a pedestal. The skull is sitting on the pedestal. Good luck.

You can do them during the main quest, as soon as you want to, in fact.

Forgotten Vale and the inter-twining areas that are connected to it all together...simply put, are HUGE. Much bigger than Blackreach, for sure. Soul Cairn isn't quite as big, but it's still a good size. The thing with Soul Cairn is it makes you feel like it isn't as big because there's a whole lot of...nothingness and bones/graves everywhere.

During the Scrolls scouting quest I was asked to go to Winterhold to talk to the person incharge of the libary, when I asked him about the Elder scolls he started a quest that allows you to obtain the Oghma infinium, will I have a problem with this because I haven't even done much of the main questline for skyrim, will this in anyway affect the Dawnguard questline?

No, you don't need to start the MQ whatsoever to start Septimus's quests. It's possible to get the Elder Scroll (Dragon) without even knowing that you're the Dragonborn, this was possible pre-DLC as well.

Both Factions have many diff kinds of Radiants

Like a Dog...so they have limited simple commands and you can have an NPC follower as well

While blocking it absorbs attacks and then can retaliate those with a power bash
