Yes. There will be more details on preloading Skyrim via Steam closer to release

From the pinned Faq above. So is there any info when the preload will be and isnt this close enough to release to let us know>?!?!?!

Most of us were hoping preloads would go up today, but that didn't happen.

3 days to go, thankfully the game is only 6GB, though that'd still take a whole night for me to download. I hope they allow us to preload soon.

I can't wait, and pre-loading the game is going to be like a pre-opening a present. You know how you kinda tear open a present your girl got you or when you were a kid and you can kinda see the packaging or kinda having a good idea what it is. Yea, like that. :thumbsup:

6GB's is no panic for me. I'd download that while making coffee because I'm on a fast line. Nonetheless, I want to preload it asap since I really want to jump into the game the minute it opens. Glad to hear that it will be available real soon.

I personally want to pre-load as late as possible. You're obviously having a hard time waiting as it is, imagine knowing that the full game is just sitting in your PC within reach. :cryvaultboy:

I'd bet they're getting the MW3 preload/midnight launch over with first, before switching on the Skyrim preload. The servers can only handle so much at once. :tongue:

9th is speculated and what I am going to bet on, preloads are usually 2 days prior to launch
