An Orc asking if I wanted to buy skooma. I asked isn't this illegal and he attacked me.

Heh, I have a character who says "I'll be taking that" and kills that guy (sometimes I've seen a Khajiit rather than an Orc, out selling skooma) and takes his skooma.

I once found a guy pretending to be wounded after fighting some bandits from a cart, and I agreed to escort him to his camp when it was full of bandits and he attacked me. That's weird, but I haven't found the one you have.

I've ran into a burned cart with a burned corpse and dead horses around it. Nothing of any real value there, nor anyone nearby, just very very creepy. I always encounter it in the middle of the night.

What about the crazy old lady who begs you to Wabbajack her?

I've come across a few of these Skooma dealers. Filthy no-good Orcs trying to peddle their drugs on the tough streets of Skyrim. It's terrible.

I was out exploring once and some guy was running down the road. He rushed up to me and handed me a set of enchanted Dwarven Armor which I haven't seen before and told me to hang on to it for a minute. He sounded skiddish and after he gave me the armor he ran away and hid behing a big boulder. A few seconds later a guard runs up to me and asks if I've seen anyone run this way. I had to think about what to do. Give the thief up and keep the cool armor or help the thief and possibly give the armor back. After thinking about it for a second I told the guard "yeah, he's right over there". Still got the armor!

There's been plenty of great strange encounters in Skyrim. One of my favorite things to look out for in Elder Scrolls!

I run into them yesterday, refused to give them money and killed them, thought something was strange, they did not act as imperial soldiers and uniforms was a incomplete, 50 meters away I found a group of dead imperial soldiers.
Actually reminded me of an group of raiders who killed off an enclave outpost in Fallout 3 and used their gear then attacked me.

Was there a dog there? If so, it's a random encounter to acquire a dog follower.

No dog either time (encountered it on two different characters). Just death and destruction.

Which lures you to a nord ruin to be ambushed by draugr or something else.

Strangest thing for me was bandit that just fell out of the sky, I was running down the road and out of of nowhere this bandit just hits the ground dead. Scared the crap out of me as I wasnt really paying much attention to what I was doing and just saw this object fall and heard a thud sound. I look down and its a bandit on the ground. I look up expecting to see a dragon but nothing not even a mountain ledge for him to have taken a stumble off of. Best part he had elven armor in his inventory and 500 gold. and has this stuff on him every so often when I pass him on the road now, he is like a little in game atm.

I punched her once and summon my dragon to munch her up. She died horribly for asking a favor without making a proper offering to me.

OK, maybe that was what I saw. But it was at night, and it was way off in the distance. It looked like a ghostly horse running down a road, crossing my field of view from right to left. it was far a way, but still looked very cool. I wanted to run up there and see what it was, but it was so far away that if I tried I would have still missed it.

That happened to me the other night, but it was a mammoth and a giant. The mammoth landed in front of me and then the giant landed behind me, scared the crap out of me.

A courier ran me down to give me an inheritance. Apparently, I'm the heir of a Forsworn Forager.

I found a psychic guard. Not one of the ones that magically knows if I commited a crime a hundred miles away; that's nothing special. This one was different. As he passed me, he said "Got to keep my eyes open, a dragon could swoop down at any time." Three seconds later, he was dead in a dragon attack.

I was on the road at the time; he almost ran me over.

Wabbajack-ing the crazy lady was one of the first things I encountered. She turned into a bunny, luckily I didn't know there was a bunny kill count at that stage or she would've been dinner too.

I met a guy taking his painted cow to offer it to a giant. I just left him to his business. I try not to mess with cow-painting weirdos. Doesn't conform to my characters RP.

i have had the three people pretending to be imperial guards, but they are easy to dispatch,

however if i had to choose one that scared the [censored] out of me it was the db assasin, you see i was lookign the other way, at night in a forest waiting for my follower to catch up, then, as silent as anything, some lizard jumps up and starts attcking me! damn that freaked me so otu because i didnt even hear her! ( at least i think it was a her, but i aint looking at her scaly skin to find out....

Today I was attacked by a green-glowing hostile goat:O which was very weird:-\ Anyone tried something like that?
