The Headless Horseman.

The headless horseman was excellent. I followed him for miles but unfortunately there wasn't any good loot at the end but it was a good mystery.

That happened to me the other night, but it was a mammoth and a giant. The mammoth landed in front of me and then the giant landed behind me, scared the crap out of me.

I once had a somewhat similar experience. There was a mammoth some distance away from me. All of a sudden, the mammoth jumped straight up in the air about 100 feet high, floated in the air for a second or two, then fell to the ground and died.

Another strange glitch happened in Riften. I was leaving Elgir's Elixirs and Ingun Black-Briar went out of the door just before me. As I exited, Ingun suddenly took a lightning sprint across the canol and ended up in the air in the corner of a wall above the canol. She kept running against the wall for a few seconds, then stopped and fell into the water. I went into the canol to see what happened to her and found her swimming underwater. After a moment, she climbed out of the canol and resumed her normal routine.

Yesterday I faced two dragons at the same time. Flying in syncrony, two frost dragons. One landed and attacked by land and the other kept flying and sweeping around. Both dragons lured 3 bears, a forsworn camp, 2 imperials and me and my companion.

The dragons were busy fighting the forsworn and the bears, so I could kill both easily.

Second weirdest encounter was with a dragon that came out of the ground. No music, no encounter, no breath attacks, no flying dragon. Nothing. It spawned near me in the ground and attacked me. I wtfed.

I encountered a guy in his underwear who asked me if I wanted to drink mead with him. I agreed, but on second thought I don't know where he got the mead from...

Weird reveler.

That same exact thing happened to me outside of Windhelm. Oddly enough, one of them disappeared when I was finally fighting them.

i had another one, if you head pretyt much north-west as soon as you come out of the tutorial cave, you discover htis shrine of talos with loads of dead worshippers, and also a dead thalmore agent, i found a note on the agent fomr one of his superiors tellign him to deal with the shirne himself, it was pretty sad seeing all the dead worshippers, but in the end they had the last laugh because he died aswell, HA!

Okay, seriously I think the Imperials hate Thalmors more than the Nords do.

I've never had this encounter before I played a Thalmor character.

Strangest thing for me was bandit that just fell out of the sky, I was running down the road and out of of nowhere this bandit just hits the ground dead. Scared the crap out of me as I wasnt really paying much attention to what I was doing and just saw this object fall and heard a thud sound. I look down and its a bandit on the ground. I look up expecting to see a dragon but nothing not even a mountain ledge for him to have taken a stumble off of. Best part he had elven armor in his inventory and 500 gold. and has this stuff on him every so often when I pass him on the road now, he is like a little in game atm.

Silly idiot, he probably found one scroll of Icarian Flight.

Yesterday I was walking towards Markarth trying to fix the roads in my head (with little success) when I came upon a cave bear. So I put an arrow into him, but he only lost half his health. My next arrow missed him when Iona jostled me aside (sigh), and the bear was coming on. Then I noticed somebody beyond the bear belaboring it with a sword. Turned out to be a highway bandit, so as soon as the bear was dead, he attacked me. Well, he was no challenge, but he wasn't alone. He had an archer buddy plinking us. I suddenly remembered the Wabbajack, hit him once with no obvious effect, but the second time Iona paused her attack. Where'd he go? Then I noticed a rabbit bounding away from Iona and up into the rocky hills. It got into a spot of ground inside four slabs of rock, and poof! there was the archer. He had trouble getting out, but once he did he started running even further away, if somewhat erratically. This was weird, so we sauntered towards him. Once in range, he started attacking again. Definitely one of the more entertaining random road encounters.

Mammoth flies up a couple of kilometers into the sky and promptly falls right down, killing itself.

yet another one...this one a bit more sad

not to far outside dwnstar, you can find this tent camped out by the waters edge ( nearest to the black door) , inside you find two bed rolls, nothign unsual about that but then i looked at the evidence and...and...well it looked like suicide

first off, both beds are covered in red flowers, second off, there are several bottles of wine , third off a few discaded silver classes.

it may be pure chance, im not sure, i didnt find any bodys or bones at all, nor any more evidence, it was still sad though

There's a giant camp with a boulder on top of a bunch of flattened people. All you see are random arms and legs sticking out from under it.

In the thieves guild, I reversed pickpocketed a daedric arrow into one of the members inventory in the hopes that he would fire them and let me stock up on them. The strange thing is that he noticed and he said "Well I guess I can't complain."

I also did the same to a different thieves guild member, taking all his other arrows so all he had was the daedric one. He caught me, and strange enough he said "I would have just given them to you if you had just asked."

I also released a stormcloak prisoner from some imperial soldiers, and after killing them, decided I was gonna follow the guy to see where he was going. Well long story short after about 30 minutes of trekking through roads, woods, bandits, wolves, and bears the poor guy was killed by a random Khajiit right outside of Windhelm, which was probably his destination :(. The strange thing was that it wasn't a bandit or thief or assassin or anything... just some Khajiit with an actual name, and he attacked the prisoner.

The weirdest one I encountered were some hunters bathing in the hotsprings. Just lying there in the water nice and relaxed. (no they weren't dead)

a bandit thief that was cursing to kill me while he was sitting on the bottm of a lake...underwater.
he just sat there, and throwing bad words at me. i was unable to kill him wih anything so just left him there to enjoy underwater life

that's a big bug. i've seen bunies sprinting from land to the bottom of the river and then on the other side, with no loss in speed.
goats also fleeing from me retreated under water. foxes too.
after some time they should drown, but noo, these are water proof animals :D

I was wandering along when I noticed a ruckus out of the corner of my eye and turned to see three vampires, out in Whiterun's plains for no discernible reason, attempting to take down a mammoth, of all things. The mammoth took one of them out with a well-aimed tusk to the skull before zooming up into the air and crashing back down on top of another one, dying instantly. I'd crept rather close by that point to watch the shenanigans unfold and the third vampire caught sight of me, running towards me with hands blazing with magic... and then spontaneously combusted and disintegrated into a pile of glowing ashes. Thoroughly confused, I moved to loot their bodies only to hear a harsh, "Who goes there?!" and quickly ducked down behind a boulder. It was only after a moment of hiding that I realized the voice had come from beneath the mammoth, at which point it hit me that the vampire it had landed on was still alive and kicking... but permanently pinned under several tons of meat. Perhaps he'll eat himself out. Only time will tell.

Whenever I walk the path from Whiterun to Rorikstead, random bones keep raining down on me. It's creepy.

The hand sticking out of a pond holding a sword.

A woman fried to a crisp with a Flame Cloak spell book nearby. Oops.
