Awesome compilation post, most of the infos were new to me and reading wants me play this even more
Please make this sticky! I hope more infos arise on the crafting side and oh, own collection of books? Yay!! Finally collectable books in a mmo
The game seems very complete and is still not even in beta phase.
They've stated something about post system?

Awesome thread, I added it to my favorites. I've posted a reply to this topic called Poll: Outdoor PvP/Guilds/Solo Players, you should check it out.

Having alts seems as if it will be a time-consuming endeavor! If zones truly are to scale as the single-player games, there should be plenty of content to indulge in on each faction.

I think TESO has huge potential regarding expansions packs; armor for horses or wolves/other mounts, marriage, player housing, tons of free space in zones for extra content, etc.

Wondering about the amusing possibility there will be "too many" people jumping into certain dungeons, instantly upscaling the enemies obscene amounts, making them both deadly and unkillable?

Ok, I have a question.
This part below, about emperors cycling on a 24h basis is used in several threads on this board.

You only list Tamriel Foundry interviews as PvP sources in that chapter and nowhere is any kind of 24h cycle listed.
The only thing I saw was that the emperor would be crowned after an undetermined number of keeps has been captured by a faction and, at that point, the top ranking PvPer of the faction would become emperor until campaign reset (or, I assume, another faction gaining back the keeps).
There was some resetting mentioned but no word on actual duration of a campaign and cycling (and they seemed to want to test that part in beta), so I'm confused.

I might have missed some infos, of course, but I thought it would be better to ask, especially as the topic is creeping everywhere.

Great topic, especially because you've identified sources. Information > speculation.

Interesting this thread would get bumped, as some of the information in it is now outdated. I guess that's what it's like, collecting data about games in development.

I've been updating it in the second post, I just had a typo on the date. It should have read March 28 for last update instead of Feb 28 ( which was my birthday )
It gets bumped every so often because it's on the information sticky.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that people are collecting all of this in one place. It's just interesting to see how things change as we get more information, or different information.

I hope the penalty for spawning where you died makes you extremely weak for at least 2 minutes, as opposed to simply paying gold or something. Otherwise, world PvP and keep sieges will be a little rigged...

Great Thread! Im sure this has already been pointed out and i missed it but the main post says that you can not play in other factions territories. In an interview i saw Paul Sage said that once you reach level 50 you can go to another factions territory then after completing that ones content you can travel to the third. Unfortunately i dont have a site, and most of you probably know this already, but people who look at it for the first time will probably cry after seeing that you can't travel into other territories. Again, awesome thread. Keep up the good work:)
