What do we think about a maximum duration for our beast form? Will there be one, and if so how long will it be? To clarify, I don't mean the cooldown period but the amount of time we can remain as a werewolf.

I really do not like the 3rd person werewolf. It seems like it would get annoying after a while. Plus the Bloodmoon 1st person werewolf worked just fine. They've had 4 years, it should be in. I'm not decking them, I'm just saying it would be clunky.

I heard not killing a person makes the player lose health or risk death upon returning back to human form, is this correct or a lie?

That sounds pretty legit, because there haven't been any Downsides for being a Lychan revealed yet.

I'm expecti ng that as well as a Lunar Tranformation.

well in the video that was posted on this thread the player used the ring to transform... that would pretty much negate all negatives wouldn't it?

Maybe... But that's pretty iffy.

I think in order to Use The ring, you need to be a Wolf to begin with, which would make sense.

But hey, who knows?

While I agree that I think Pete was referring to that, that was hardly an undeniable confirmation. Both question and answer where WAY to vague.

About the 3rd person thing, it could also be that the person playing as one just didn't think to press it in to make it 1st person at all as well-_-

@DCDeacon I heard a rumor that under some circomstances, you can only fight/combat in 3rd person perspective, is this really true?? Thanks!

Hardly 100% confirmed, but I personally believe there will be frist person werewolves, and this is just a glitch from the leaked copy (which wasn't final, sense it went gold this morning)

I really hope first-person is an option. Unfortunately, that tweet doesn't convince me at all. It's far too general, and it's entirely possible that werewolves didn't even cross Pete's mind when he typed that response.

People who have played the game say it's third-person only, and i'm inclined to believe them.

I too am skeptical of 3rd person only werewolves, but Pete's twitter post is anything but definitive.

I heard someone say that the transformation automatically put him into 3rd person (even though he was in 1st before) and that he couldn't change back.

Obviously that's not 100% reliable. There's a chance that person was either lying, or that they were simply too stupid to figure out the controls.

With the players I'VE seen, that is the most likely explanation.

im suspecting that maybe beth got the german magazine to say that, to throw us off in a last attempt to surprise us.

of course i realize that is a stretch but hay anything is possible.
