Personally, I see a lot of facts about stuff, but I don't see how they confirm anything one way or another. There's evidence that it could go either way, but not quite enough to make a definitive conclusion. The one thing to keep in mind with the crossbows was that they literally needed all new assets in order to do them, but it's not known what they actually need for spears. I don't know if the lack of unique equip type means that they are specific to certain races or not. We just don't have the proof one way or the other, so we can't safely assume anything at this point. Bethesda's not going to tell us, and the NDA prevents anyone from talking about the beta, so we'll have to wait until December 4th to know for certain.

What is the NDA ? could someone send me a link or PDF document of the contract ( just to see the license agreement).
