When?
When they first announced skyrim. It was one of the very first things they told us about the game.

Yep. It was around April/May before E3

It will probably be kinect support or something useless like that.

No, it's exclusive DLC for a month. Beth told us that's exactly what it will be, and they told us before Skyrim's release

then why is there gates going into cyrodill and morrowind? (you can't go past them of course) think about it before automaticly dismissing it.
IMO, the gates are there for realism. In oblivion,I allways found it kind of odd that there were no roads leading into the other provences.I mean, this was the capital of an empire spaning the continet right?Shouldnt there have been roads leading from the other provinces to it?How did cyrodil send its troops to enforce its laws? How did people travel or trade?

Skyrim corrected this by puting the roads/gates there.

I do find it odd that there is no road leading to hammerfell/high rock(too my knowledge at least, havnt actualy looked).

IMO though,I hope you are right.DLC in morrowind.cyrodil would be cool.Id like to see an updated imperial city thats actualy populated, and actualy matches its discription in the lore.

There probably won't be any DLC there. The land you can see in game is just LOD data the devs created because you can see it from high altitudes in Skyrim. It's not built for use in an expansion. The roads to other provinces are there for realism/immersion, nothing more

Probably gonna hit us on Xbox on the 1st of may given that pc/ps3 get it 30 days later, it's seems like the most likely outcome.
I dont think we will actually get the DLC on that day x) . Dont they need to announce it before? not just release it and blahrg!
But i think we will get info soon, but i started to loose hope when the "big" news an suprise was dishonored and kinect stuff

The gate to Hammerfell is south west of Falkreath, one road to Cyrodil and two to Morrowind. 4 in total. No road to high rock, though

This discounts the possibility that the "Gates" are going to act as loading points to enter potential DLC provinces-areans. I'd certainly prefer that over a "Magic Boat". (Point Lookout)

If the DLC did work like that, would they just lock you inside a small area of that province, or would it unlock the entire area? E.g., Gate to Cyrodiil unlocks all of Cyrodiil? It seems like a "Magic Boat" is better than putting us in a Daycare Playpin within another province.

has he told anyone else this? i have never herd it before and i've had the same since the 11/11/11 ( well , when i got it , it would of still been 10/11/11 everywhere else in the world )

I got that too, i think they plan to go back to Morrowind.

This is either going to be really good or really bad....

I'm looking forward to seeing Morrowind again.

I've been hoping for a return to the island of Solstheim. The bit of the mainland beneath Solstheim that borders Skyrim would also be nice. It could work as it has a natural border on its east side as there the water separating it from Vvardenfell.

For some reason I wish we wouldn't go to Morrowind. I'd much rather go to Alinor (Summerset).

Maybe we can go bonk some Thalmor heads.

I hope not, but I don't think they would do it anyway.

Been there, done that...

They're not going to do a huge area for a DLC so it would have to be a small place, like a little island or a town that is somehow isolated from the rest of the province, and it would probably be kinda svcky if they did that.

A "big Dlc" take away a lot of time.

So,you have to deal with something in any case.

I suspect a trip to oblivion, if true i only hope its not the annoying "grab the sigil stone to close the gate"...I wouldnt mind doing so if they changed the style of plane they had in the last game, theres no acrobatic skill to jump shortcut over lava this time :)

As a small fix, to be able to to de diplomatic solution to Missing in Action.

As a much larger, hardcoe mode.

Really, I'm happy about the game (and I can't wait to annoy the piss out of my roommate when I can scream the shouts into my Kinect), but the one thing I've been missing since the beginning is the ability to block. Yeah, I could play right handed like everyone else, but this is one of the first games that lets you be lefty so of course I'm going for it. I just wish it was properly implemented and not just a way to let people dual-wield. Yeah, it's fun to dual wield, but I get killed by anyone who fights back since I can't block a single hit, and I hate doing Peryite's quest because I can't use that awesome shield.

If blocking were implemented for lefties, I would be a very happy man.
