i kinda didnt really expect anything less of vampires other than them to be evil an see humans as cattle. i mean their hardly going to act like fairies are they. they seem to act like a vampire should.

Yup, but the majority of them of them are evil bastards who just cause trouble. Can't expect the Dawnguard to know, or care about the minority that "aren't that bad".

They gotta focus on the majority that's kind of.. Invading towns, turning, and torturing people.

And what about the majority of the Dawnguard, invading caves, burning and torturing vampires. If you kill 100 people and just one of them was innocent then you have comited an evil. It does not matter if they dont know, ignorance is not an excuse for murder, especially when fueled by prejudice

Some, not all. Dont condemn all of them. Especially if one was forced to become a vampire and not given a choice. Not everyone chooses to be a vampire, and not every vampire is evil

Theirs a difference between "eating something", and "eating something while its still alive". The former is needed to survive, the latter is just monstrous, especially if the latter is being done for "fun".
