as much as I dislike Ubisoft for their DRM I can't help saying OMFGWTFBBQ THAT GAME LOOKS AMAZING. Or something like that, you know, something that explains how excited I am.

It looks like the hideous (or beautiful :3 ) child of Assassin's Creed and GTA IV.

Glad a thread was made for this, because I'm super stoaked for this game I hope it comes mid 2013. If it was ready for an early 2013 release they would have at least announced a release month. I'm hoping around this time next year for a release.

Easily the biggest surprise of E3 so far, and it will probably stay that way too. It's a really impressive game trailer. Shame I'm boycotting Ubisoft for their silly DRM abuse

I was very very impressed when I saw this game. The city-life and atmosphere was very realistic, the animations were cool, the voice-acting and mission were great.

Basically, I'm only impressesed... and surprised! I've never heard of this game before, and it just shows up and blows me away.

I don't think it'll be too far off. That video looks like it's pretty far along and according to http://www.videogamer.com/pc/watch_dogs/news/watch_dogs_is_an_xbox_360_ps3_pc_title_ubisoft_confirms.html, it's slated for current gen consoles.

It's 3rd person, which ends my interest, but I must say it looks impressive.

Do I detect a touch of "Person of Interest"?

Looks real purty. I try not to let demos like this capture my imagination too much, though. In the past I've usually been disappointed.

Looks like person of interest meets Assassins Creed meets Hitman... which in all ways is... AWESOME!

Although the last bit made me wonder if it was multiplayer in any way.

Thanks for the share!

I think this looks remarkable, o_o

A few things bugged me, though: I felt really set up for huge immersion, but when I noticed both that the player can "heal" from gunshot wounds like normal FPS's, and the player could just get into a car and immediately have it running (assuming its a random vehicle), that was a bit unfortunate,

I hope they'll include different gameplay modes!

EDIT: Hit Reply too soon,

I'm...actually not that impressed

gameplay wise it looks almost exactly like a modern-day Assassin's Creed

graphic-wise it looks like an utterly uncreative graphical update of GTA IV's graphics

unless there's something I'm missing I don't feel to wow-ed by this

Impressive looking - but you'll need to spend more than $500 on video card(s) if you haven't already

It's unique and seems to be pushing current hardware in the graphics department.

I'm not seeing a whole lot that's unique about its gameplay. Just seems to be a basic mix of Heavy Rain's exploration sequences, which all things considered weren't particularly great themselves, and those cover shooters that are a dime a dozen nowadays. Now, the hacking elements could be cool, and there might be some open-ended mission structure ala Hitman, but nothing about the video gives any indication of either aspect being all that extensive.

As for graphics, meh. They're nice on a technical level, but I'm not finding anything about them all that eye-catching, and it takes more than graphics to impress me.

Pretty much this.

Bethesda, for example, has been peppering us with all kinds of info and footage for Dishonored. While it all looks nice, I'm still pretty much just... meh.

Oh, man. If the entire game is as cool as that video I'm in. It'll be my first Ubisoft game in a long time.

Looked pretty awesome.

Im curious though, how free are you to make choices. Like when he triggers the traffic signals and causes the target vehicle to crash, Can you do it another way? Can you just wait till the car parks and take him out then?
Not read anything about the game so maybe they explain stuff like this somewhere.

I'd imagine that you'd be able to wait until the car parks. I'd think it'd be a little more difficult due to his goons.
