Only Japan though? I find it hard to believe Bethesda are only waiting until Japan start reporting the same issue. All the reports coming from Europe and the States as well as Canada and Australia. I would think Beth are working on it.

Why would I give them a break? I spent $70 on a product I am not happy with, that was sold to me under the false pretence that it looked amazing. I traded my money for a product I expected to work (to an extent) in an certain way. It didn't come close so I am disgruntled. I would return the game if it wasn't already opened.

Seriously, we need to stop giving Bethesda a break. Yes Skyrim has potential to be great, but in my eyes that potential has not been fulfilled. We are the people who buy these games and keep Bethesda in business. Instead I feel like I was duped into buying an unfinished game and now that they have my money we're being ignored. Stop giving them a break, they don't deserve it.
The fact of the matter is me and you have PAID BETHESDA to be their QA testers. What an absolute joke. I am never buying a Bethesda game on release again. This is DISGUSTING.

Go look in any of the games on this forum and check out technical issues. You'll find this has happened an awful lot through the history of Bethesda games. Fallout NV had huge issues (I know Obsidian made the game but Bethesda were in charge of quality control) As part if the quality control Bethesda were in charge of patches to which they basically told a lot of people they weren't going to bother patching it any more due to "other projects". I love their games, I really do but their customer support is second rate at best.

I love TES but i feel like i really want my money back, the texture issue is even a non event compared to broken quests and broken main quests!! WTF, do they even test their games? DISGRACE.

Someone should really start an online petition somewhere. I know those things don't really do much but I would hope someone would take notice eventually.

Yeah good idea, i have a thread on here asking if people are ever buying a bethesda game on release again, it seems a fair few people are not going to so hopefully next time bethesda will lose some money.

It's been 2 days for chirst's sake. They're probably busy enough as it is but i'm sure important fixes will come in due time. As of now i'm really enjoying the game. Sure i've found a few glitches but nothing game breaking and nothing that really takes away from the experience. I have faith in Bethesda, they've made a fantastic game here and i'm sure they'll do what needs to be done.

People have tried before, especially with New Vegas but nothing happened. It's a damn shame but very little can be done right now until more people experience these issues.

Don't give me that it's been 2 days crap, quest breaking bugs should NOT be in the game upon release. I paid the money i want to play everything in the game like i should be able to.Stop defending Bethesda when it is quite clearly a DISGRACE.

While I agree it's early these people are having extreme problems. I don't think it's fair for them to be stuck with a game they paid for that doesn't work as it should. In fact, in some ways it could be seen as false advertising. It's great for you that nothing has went wrong (I'm very lucky too) but if they're really having such terrible issues is it fair on them?

They are ignoring it. they posted one update yesterday about it and said it was just one issue when it is clearly not!

It's been out for one day. Jeez, guys. They're probably quite busy figuring out the flood of different glitches flooding the forums. It's only been one day.

With a game this magnitude there are going to be bugs. The handful of QA testers can only find so many bugs whereas millions of players are going to find many more. Have patience and have faith in Bethesda they'll fix what needs to be fixed.

These quest breaking bug SHOULDN'T BE PRESENT AT ALL!! They are more then likely getting p!ssed up counting all our money and having a right old laugh how they managed to get away with selling the game well too early.

I'm not trying to start problems or anything but they didn't fix New Vegas. In fact a lot of people reported more issues after one of the patches. So this stuff does need to be reported early.

Ontages you are very naive. They have our money they don't care. To release a game with MAIN QUEST breaking bugs it is clear they hardly tested this game at all and get their loyal paying customers to test the game for them while they count our money.

He addressed me first of all i'll have you know. I am not playing my copy until it is heavily patched, more information you do not need to know. As a paying customer I have a right to complain about this terribly buggy game with broken quests everywhere, we don't need people like you telling us to shutup and put up with it. That is not how capitalism works.

Why are we not hearing anything from them. We are being ignored. What a shamble for a games company.
Are you serious? Bethesda already said they are working on it and that it will be avabile in the next title update .I\ They care about their customers, and work very hard to Make such a amazing game. I haven't had any issues whatsoever with the game really, but I knew not to install it thanks to Bethesda .

They care about their customers? That is why some people cannot even progress with the main quest line? Stop telling people who have paid good money to have patience, we have paid for this game just like you and deserve to have a working product to play. Stop defending a multi million pound company when they are completely to blame.

How are they to blame, when not everyone has gotten bugs, and other things like texture issues, Bethesda is doing the best they can. Maybe if you clear you cache and play from the disk you won't have any issues. I hope that all the issues get fix for everyone to enjoy Skyrim, but maybe something went wrong doing mass production.

I play from the disc, i am not even talking about texture issues i am talking about quest breaking bugs, you will get them and i hope you do and then you can feel our pain of not being able to progress with the quests. And i never knew clearing the cache was a magical solution to all problems.

The thing is he may not get them. If 100% of gamers got a game breaking bug in a certain quest, it would have been spotted in testing and fixed. Fact is not everyone will, thus they can slip through. All these types of games have weird bugs to start with, and most get patched eventually and this game will be no different. Something you can do in hour 1 of playing it, can break a quest you do in hour 50 of playing. But the next person may not have that problem.

Hence testing is alot harder in these games than say COD or something which is alot more linear
