Feeling helpless. It leads to frustration and then fury as I rail against whatever it is that is tying my hands behind my back.

I also don't like when people use knifes for mayonnaise for a sandwich. I use a spoon far more effective.

You two are weird.

I use a knife. It's hard to clean both sides if a spoon effectively. Or possibly just more trouble than I care to deal with.

With a knife, you spread it, then clean each edge of the knife off on the edge of the bread/wrap/"whatever". Leaving next to nothing behind. To each their own I guess eh?

But I will respect your wishes should I ever visit.

I know you would Wolfpup. If you come to visit I would give you a small jar of jelly all your own just so you could use it as you liked. But I'd cringe when and if you used a knife in it. Can't help it. :lmao:

People who disagree with something so much, they try to force their opinions on others and on legislation. The most obvious example I can give to get my point across may or may not be a union of individuals who may be similar in structure.

Even if they are wearing headphones?

Oh and another thing I really dislike. I hate it when people try to tell me "Do it yourself" when it is a subject I am not good in and don't have enough interests at all in learning... This mostly dealing with picture and musical art. I can't do that kind of stuff AT ALL! Not my thing. So I normally ask for help on such but instead of offering help, people like to tell me to do it myself... Sorry but I find that annoying and complete waste of both me and ye' time. Either say Ye' can't help or offer help... (Note: I am more of a coder, programmer, idealist, and 3D worker).

That middle one is an odd one. Could you explain why it has to be all the way up or all the way down? I know for me, in the winter, if I want to smoke while driving, that window gets put down an inch and a half, no more then that.

People who think that maiming people is a practical joke then go on to justify how its just a joke, but then get annoyed when they end up in the emergency room .

People that talk on their mobiles or text or play games when your visiting them.

I was talking on the phone with one of my dear friends today who had her holiday dinner yesterday with her only child and her Grandkids. Out of the 8 people there she said 3 of them were on their cell phones or Ipads the entire time and mentioned she thought it so very rude. It really bothered her.

I'm not really bothered by such too much as it's become the way of the world but I doubt if someone did that through my entire visit, I'd no longer have a desire to visit them in the future. But in my friends case it's not often everyone gets together for a family gathering and her years are not long. It would be nice if her Grandkids wanted to at least talk to her while they still can. This is one way in which I think technology has robbed and entire couple of generations. There will come a day when they will wish they had taken the time to ask more questions before it was too late. Then again, maybe the technology will fulfill them more than human contact ever can. I just don't know the answer to that.

I can't stand the noise that the wind makes when the windows only put down a little bit, it just make a really annoying noise. Other than that it's more of a personal preference really, I like to hang my arm out the window a little bit and I just either want it all the way down or up, it's kind of uncomfortable otherwise.

Ahh, so it's a personal thing, not a broad-sweeping kind of thing. That makes sense then ^^.

I was born and brought up pretty much on the cusp of this new Technology age(1981 is when I was born), and I can honestly say that I'm quite different from a lot of my peers(in the idea that I don't see Technology as "The be all, end all" that they see it to be. Heck I don't even have a cellphone capable of text, nor do I do any social networking). While I'm not big on "extended" family being "family", there are plenty members of my family that are gone that I truly wish I could have spent a few more years getting to know. My Grandmother and Grandpa both died before I was even 10(both sets actually), and it really svcks knowing how much my Grandpap(in particular) could have told/taught me about the world but just never got the chance. The idea that technology could EVER replace that is absolutely mind-boggling to me. I'd give up all the technology I've been introduced to for another year or two with my grandparents ><

  • People who get pissed about sixism/etc, and act about it by being sixist/etc themselves. (eg, saying that hitting women is bad, (implying it's fine to hit men, yet shouldn't hitting ANYONE be a bad thing?)
  • I have a friend who continue to argue even after I have given them ALL the facts that prove them wrong, and, when they finally give up, say "that's what I was trying to say, I just couldn't find the right words" (Eg, they tried to argue that fire is made of two things can be pulled apart to get electricity, based on philosophy of yin-yang or something, so I explained what fire is and how it works, with science. It's not a substance, it's light and heat which combines to make the burny stuff we call fire. If you could separate the heat, you still have the light that makes the orange glow, and a seperate bundle of hot air)
  • People who think every game is COD. Perticularly people who play role-playing games and then complain about a DLC that expands upon role-playing DLC (CoughCoughHearthfireCough)

I dislike when people get mean/nasty at someone cause of that individual's appearance, interests, etc. (Basicly people being too judgmental and ends up bullying others).

I generally don't dislike that book, but damn, yeah, whenever I meet someone who acts like his IQ is 180 it almost always turns out his favourite book is Catcher in the Rye. :P I even met 2-3 people who claimed it to be their favourite piece and started what was supposed to be an intelectual conversation, after which it would become obvious that they in fact never read it. :P Not sure what's the deal with it.

Personally, I'm currently enraged at my country. 65% of those who voted just got that marriage is a union only between a man and a woman into constitution, in some insane fight against homosixuals. Apparently banning of abortion and artifficial impregnation are next, and I'm already waiting for a 1st chance to get out of this primitive hellhole. Canada, here I come!

I also hate people who like to talk bad [censored] about things they don't even know anything about. I also hate people who hate other people for no reason at all. I also hate people who are acting as moral pillars of society in public while cheating on their families, daily breaking the law or generally doing bad things themselves in private life, and generally people who are hypocritical. I also hate people who are lying into other's faces. I also hate elders who are giving us youngsters [censored] about etiquette and how it was different "back in the day" but at the same time shove through the doorways when entering, often preventing people from getting out of shops or buses, not getting up for older people than themselves even when the older one is clearly very weak and barely stands, and throwing trash and spit on the floor in the middle of squares. I actually saw a father some time ago, sitting in the tram with his little daughter in his lap, eating icecream. When they were done he took the folds, crumpled them and threw them out of the window. I felt like [censored]-slapping him so hard when I saw it.

I'm generally full of hate today. :P

I hate this just as well, specially if there are noisy and uncontrollable children as well. This is a restaurant a place to kick back, relax and enjoy fine dining. Not show everyone how unruly your kids are and show people you're a bad parent.
