Indeed. We have a fairly decent sized group of fanatics who keep pushing for things like this to be added. Hopefully our dedication will pay off in spades.

We just gotta keep making noise, sooner or later Beth is bound to hear us or at the very least convince Vsions to speak on our behalf.

In my mind, a werewolf sneaking around would be like the Hulk sneaking around.
But why ? Have you ever seen real wolves hunt ? They flip flop from an ambush predator to a pack hunter, all during the one hunt. There will be so many sneaking into ambush the prey and startle them in order to either take them by surprise or to start a stampede, either way the other bunch of wolves will also be in hiding waiting for the right time to attack. Why then would a werewolf hunt any differently ? If you ask me they wouldn't, they would hunt in the same manner as their wolf cousins.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-n8Q1cNr0OA this video is a very good example of just how smart wolves can be, I couldn't find any ambush footage but I can make a safe bet that the wolves started with sneaking and stalking, there is a reason why there's an instinctive fear of wolves among humans you know. I would also like to point out that it's a very effective tactic when / if a vampire lord makes a run for a body of water, you wait it out and do your best to keep him there to wear the vampire lord out.

I am all for giving Werewolves the ability to sneak. But if they don't, atleast make his breathing all growly so there's no doubt why it can not sneak up on people.
A little earlier in the thread I mentioned that the Sneak skill tree carries over into beast form, allowing you to get with in 10-15 feet of your target. 10-15 feet is nothing for a werewolf, it's just as well to be right next to the werewolf, it takes 9 seconds to close a 100 foot gap ( at full sprint ), 4.5 seconds for a 50 foot gap. Which means that a 10-15 foot space could be closed in under 2-3 seconds while sprinting as a werewolf.
