The blank non-enchanted Worn Shrouded Dark brotherhood armor, cannot be improved at a workbench, even though all other versions of Shrouded armor can.

A Dragon's bounding box for their model, is too large. While grounded and attempting to chase a player, a lot of the time they can miraculously become stuck trying to move through an area they previously were able to move through effortlessly, even though visually, they should still be able to maneuver fine.

(-Buying items in rapid succession can have a different item highlighted (even somewhere else in the list) and that item can be accidentally purchased) This can also happen when selling items, and often happens when the item being bought or sold, is part of a stack, or there are multiple of the same item in the seller or buyer's inventory.

Underwater lighting may behave incorrectly in some odd cases, and appear extremely bright and well lit, instead of murky. Not sure what the cause of this is.

Alduin's health and melee damage does not scale properly. This is probably related to the issue where followers do not scale to the player once they have been encountered, and since Alduin is encountered as part of the tutorial early in the game, his statistics likely do not upgrade correctly and may be affected by the same problem.

Marked for death can reduce the armor rating of an enemy, even after they have respawned. If you kill an enemy after using marked for death on them, when the enemy respawns its armor will already be lowered from before. Solution would probably be to clear the instance of the shouts effect, and to cap the maximum decrease in armor/resistances incurred from any effect.

All enemy dragons use magicka for their shouts, and are helpless if magicka is depleted. That should not really be the case as it makes no sense.

When fighting Alduin at the throat of the world, for the quest Alduin's Bane, sometimes the battle music will fail to trigger.

I can't complete "the taste of death". Every time I try to enter Reachcliff Cave the game will freeze on the loading screen. I have been searching for an answer and it might be that I have visited the cave before. I tried waiting 14 days to have everything respawn, with no luck. Please take note of this and try to get this bug fixed with the next patch. I can't get the achievement without this quest.

Apparently you can break merchants.

I was grinding speech since I had quite a bit of money. I was buying/selling to Niranye in Windhelm. Eventually her gold hit 243726, once that was hit even though I was 'selling' to her, I did not recieve any gold.

Unknown if replicatable at this time need to accrue some more money to retest.

DAEDRIC QUEST: Discerning the Transmundane. Despite being over the required level 14 (I am level 46), Septimus won't start the blood harvest portion of the quest. Rumor has it that reading a spoiler scroll at Throat of the World, before returning to Septimus, causes the bug.

Here's a couple more I found that I don't think are on your list. They are both associated with the two echantment perk:

Two enchantment perk bugs:
1) If your shield has two enchantments and you switch to a bow or other two handed weapon. Then switch to a one handed weapon which will automatically equip the shield. Neither of the two enchantments on your shield will become active. You have to unequip and then reequip the shield for the game to recognize the enchantments.
2) I made a ring and and an amulet each with the same two enchantments: Resist Magic and Fortify Carry Weight. In the Active Effects screen it shows all four enchantment under the name of the ring. Instead of two under the ring and two under the amulet.

In the Lights Out Solitude quest, after killing Deeja, leaving the ship and killing the lone remaining enemy outside, I could no longer fast travel as the game thought there was still enemies nearby. Even after completing the quest by clearing out a cave, fast travel would still not work. I reloaded an earlier save before taking on the mission and tried again with the same result. I will probably not attempt that quest again.

yeah erik has alot of issues i used him as a comapanion once went to jorrvaskr to turn in a quest i had him help me on and all of a sudden like 5 companions attacked him i tried to intervene but i found him dead on the floor, so i just left him their :devil:

I didint see in bug list this. Mehrunes Dagon dont respawn dremoras i have waited 3months in-game and nothing only chest respawns loot.
This must fix! :D

Duplicate items in your list and an update for one of the bugs:

1. Under the "Dragons" Section - Numbers 3, 8, and 14 are the same "Dragon dissolves without giving soul" Bug report.

2. Under the "Followers" Section - Number 5 where Followers disappear permanently, add Lydia to this. I was completing the "The Lost Expedition" Quest wherein I cleared Nchuand-zel and upon exiting the Upper Level of the Armory, she was right with me before I loaded through the door, and I'm the only one who came out the other side. Game must have thought she died somehow, because I can get a new Follower....yet she literally just vanished, I've searched the whole Zone a few times, no sign of her or any of the items she was carrying, I also never received a Letter of Inheritance.


So here's another Bug for you that I didn't see (or missed) in the List -

3. Sometimes when Follower / companion dies, no Letter of Inheritance Received.

LOCATION: High Gate Ruins. Daedric Quest: The Break of Dawn. College of WinterHold quest: Alteration Ritual Spell. If you have cleared High Gate Ruins before starting these quests like I have (and also helping the woman inside), then the gates will be closed when you try to get to Meridia's beacon or if your trying to get the dagger to get heartscales off a dragon. This has been bugging me for a long time, please fix it Bethesda.

Dragons can be ghosts and they dont sleep on lairs. And Elder/Achient dragons dies with 1-3 hits with any weapon/spell (i have this issue).

Quest: Loud & Clear (Thieves Guild)
Objective: Follow Brynjolf

When I started the quest I managed to follow him to the Ragged Flagon Cistern, but before he managed to introduce me to Mercer, Thalmor people attacked and Brynjolf got engaged in the battle. When it was all over he returned back to his chair in the Ragged Flagon and when you are trying to approach him he simply answers "hmm?" everytime. This also prevents advancements in Where You Hang Your Enemy's Head quest.

About my enemies not respawning bug there is another dungeon that is not cleared that has yet to respawn the enemies above ground. It's Fort Amol.

About my alchemy ingredients not respawning bug, there is several lengths of ingredients in Solitude that have yet to respawn.

It's been several months since I was at these two locations, Bethesda please fix the alchemy ingredient and enemy respawn bugs they seem to be getting progressively worse as enemies and ingredients are not respawning in an increasing amount, I fear that this game will turn into a wasteland devoid of life if this trend continues.

Hey all, this is my first time posting here. Just some bugs and some minor non-gamebreaking things I wanna point out (just that it looks wierd). Dunno if anyone else has posted this, but I'll report these anyways.

-I've read somewhere a complete guide of the hidden "thief caches" that appear in cities after joining the Thieves Guild, but the only places they've spawned in are Riften and Solitude. I've already finished the reputation quests and become the Guildmaster, and they still don't appear.

-After finishing the Civil War questline (I joined the Imperials), I suddenly got a misc. objective stating I should report to the Jarl of Whiterun, but when I talk to him, nothing happens. No new dialogue options, no events, nothing. I started the Civil War questline after finishing the main questline.

-The Targe of the Blooded, when displayed on a shield plaque, is rotated slightly that one half of it is stuck into the wall. Every other shield works fine.

-While killing a Sabrecat, sometimes the camera suddenly shifts into 3rd-person view for no apparent reason at all. It didn't even go into the killing animation.

-Dunno if this happens everybody but in the Nchuand-Zel Armory, in the same area as the explorer's body and treasure chest, there's this Falmer corpse whose head is stuck into the floor as if it were an Ostrich hiding its head in the ground.

I've had the issue in Horn of Jurgen Windcaller where I couldn't learn the third word of the shout. I finally got that to work, but now when I am told to go to the center of the room to receive their blessing I get stuck and cannot move, and they never give me the blessing. They just stand there staring at me awkwardly and the game tells me to go to the center of the room, which I cannot do.

I have the problem that i can not finish the Daedra-Quest "Boethiah's Calling" every follower i try to take with me tells me that i allready got one. i have finished the game and the only unfinished quests in my quest log are:

"A Retrun to your Roots"
"Boethian's Calling"
"The Dark Brotherhood Forever"
"No Stone unturned"

under misc:

"Bring the Amulet of Arkay to Torbjorn"
"Bring 10 Fire Salts to Balimund"
"Bring the Gold Ore to Madesi"
"Report Leifnarr's Deaht to his Family" (wich i can't)
"Talk to the Companion Leaders for Work"

i have tried sleeping, waiting etc. i can not take any new followers with me.

Windhelm House Bugs?

No matter what ive tried on the xbox360 version aquiring the house, no matter what none of the displays/weapon racks works. i made sure i had 6 save files to make every attempt. from prior to post quests aquiring it..it seems that home is permamently glitched..which is a pity as i tend to be an avid collector and putting up all the unique weapons is now impossible in windhelm.. i hope a patch can come soon to fix this.

-"Retrieve Dibella Statue for Lisbet" if the player already found the Dibella Statue prior the quest then the player will be unable to give her the statue

I reported this one a while ago but I've recently found out it's not the case. At the time, I had only found one dibella statue which I thought was from the place Lisbet sends you to get her statue (and also thought it was a unique item). I later found out there are multiple dibella statues in the game, and it turns out I hadn't gotten Lisbet's one yet. My bad :confused:
Unless it actually has happened to anyone else?

New bug:
- I have a misc. objective to "Return to Esbern" after finishing the main questline (when he's hanging around Alduin's wall at Sky Haven Temple), yet he has no new dialogue that advances/completes this objective.

+1 for the already listed bugs:
- "Return to Jarl in Riften" After purchasing a house, the Jarl may not have any relevant dialogue
- "Investigate Bard College" can remain even if player finishes the quest
- Any quest that tells the player to kill a dragon from a previously cleared area may not be possible to complete as the dragon may not respawn. For me it's at Shearpoint, where I can also hear the chanting you normally hear when near an undiscovered word wall, even though I've already learnt the word and there's no longer a highlighted word on the wall or anything.

4th quest down on the comprehensive list.. and it doesn't seem to be getting addressed in this patch. I'm trapped at 60+ hours played and can not proceed past early Act 2 in the main questline. That kinda svcks.. I haven't played the game in like a month.. just been playing MW3 waiting for the issue to be addressed. Looks like I'm going to be waiting even longer.

Dissappointing Bethesda :'/

I am hoping they waited so long on this update because of the performance issues on PC and PS3. These first few patches have really addressed major performance and playability issues. This is the first one that really hits quest bugs because I think they are finally getting the major gameplay bugs resolved. I can see why they would not address quest bugs until playability was improved (i know, i know, it shoud have been right at release) - I am HOPING quest focused patches will be the norm moving forward. In theory, those could happen more quickly - or at least contain more fixes.

Companions Quests : Dragon Seekers

Farkas has given a mission to kill a dragon, one that he's already given me to kill before. When I get there, there is no dragon to kill so I'm stuck with Farkas as a follower who can't carry anything or follow orders and i can't dismiss him.
