-Remember that you may not always encounter a bug sometimes it just depends on the circumstances leading up to it
-I won't add a bug if you aren't descriptive with it but also be short and concise with your post, it doesn't need to be a wall of text with no paragraph breaks

Gameplay:

General:
-Sprinting may not be possible to use
-Resistances and Weaknesses are at 0% for both player and enemies (Fixed on Patch 1.3)
-Items to increase stamina may not work
-Water may not act correctly and player can "walk" through it
-Using the option "I am a member of the Thieves Guild..." may not clear bounty
-Using the option "I am a Thane of this hold..." may not clear bounty
-Player can lose stamina like normal but the bar may not reflect it
-Ash Piles don't disappear
-Some corpses never disappear (Riften's Ratway NPCs, Cicero and Ulfric and many others are confirmed to do this)
-Upon breaking a lockpick, the new lockpick may break immediately even on Apprentice locks
-Game world may jump from 3PM to the next day
-Equipping a one-handed weapon in the left hand will use the dual weapon animation
-Sometimes when loading a save, the player may be unable to move and only be able to move the camera
-Creating a crime in the wilderness may still give a bounty even if the player is not detected by a NPC
-When a dragon is using its Fire/Frost breath on the player and then the player starts turning into a werewolf, the game may freeze
-Weapons and arrows that are dropped by enemies may stay forever and at other times can float
-Having a bow drawn while sneaking over-encumbered can allow the player to move around at un-encumbered speeds
-Vampire: can be poisoned (Post Patch 1.3)
-Vampire: After curing it, the effects on fire resistance and frost resistance may still be active
-Werewolf: After waiting 24 hours upon using the power Beast Mode, it may say you need to wait 24 hours to use it even though tapping the power button multiple times will allow its use
-Werewolf: Upon curing it, the player may still not receive Well Rested bonuses


Combat:
-Sometimes arrows won't go full distance, can take 2-3 arrows to correct (doesn't always fix)
-Shield bashing may not use stamina or stagger an opponent
-Player to NPC Death Animation: Executing next to a wall will not animate correctly
-Player to NPC Death Animation: Can bug NPCs that are marked as essential
-NPC to Player Death Animation: can happen even if the player has full health
-Arrows can be permanently stuck in player
-Enchantments that cause damage may not work (Post-Patch 1.2)
-Enchantments that increase magicka regen may not work (Post-Patch 1.2)
-Trying to do a Dual Weapon attack, only the left weapon may swing
-While sneaking and not detected, extra damage may not occur
-Weapon damage may increase or decrease randomly
-Player may be unable to dual wield melee weapons
-Being hit by the electric bolt spell may make the player unable to move, similar to being over-encumbered
-Dual wielding daggers may have weapon animations drastically slow down
-During a player to enemy finishing move, if a draugr shouts as the same time then the finisher's camera will be stuck but the player can still move
-Player may be unable to use power attacks
-Game can be extremely easy on Master difficulty at higher levels (player may rarely take a lot of damage and can kill enemies with 3-5 swings)
-When charging a bow, the controller can disconnect (This is tied to the game and not battery life)
-A minimum of 1 stamina is needed for a power attack and the strength of it is the same even if the player had more
-Left handed swings are not as powerful as right handed swings, even if the left weapon is the primary
-Attempting to cast a spell may not do anything except drain the normal amount of magicka


Skills:
-One Handed: Daggers not tied to the skill
-Pickpocket: Having a high pickpocket skill, combining it with effects may reset it back to 0
-Sneak: When skill is at 100, any effect that raises it further may reset it back to 0


Spells:
-Thrall Spells: Effects may be permanent as AI will also react to it even if you don't have the thrall anymore
-Thrall Spells: May disappear completely leaving the effect
-Paralyzing enemies may make the enemy immune to damage as they are paralyzed
-Bound Weapons may not appear making the player unable to attack, sheathing has no effect and waiting doesn't fix this
-Spells may not cast but mana is still lost
-Clairvoyance might not give a path
-Transmute Ore may not add upgraded ore to inventory when player already has one of the newer ore in their inventory
-Switching from two swords to two spells can make the player's right hand disappear and the left hand will look like it has a spell but won't have one; the player will be unable to attack (Workaround: Fast Travel)


Perks:
-Alteration, Atronach: Having this perk and/or the Atronach Stone can "absorb" the summon forcing you to continuously cast until it works
-Archery, Bullseye: After unlocking this perk the player's Archery Skill may drop to 20
-Bard College, Gift of the Gab: Effects may never be added after finishing the Bard's College quests
-Block, Deflect Arrows: Arrows may still cause damage when they hit a shield
-Block, Deflect Arrows: Will give maximum blocking effectiveness regardless of blocking skill making anything that fortifies blocking skill pointless
-Block, Quick Reflexes: Blocking on a power attack can create a longer amount of slow time then normal
-Block, Shield Charge: Stops working after a while
-Heavy Armor, Fists of Steel: Damage bonus is not stacking correctly with other unarmed bonuses
-Lockpicking, Apprentice Locks: May not be able unlock even if the skill is higher than the requirement
-One Handed, Dual furry 2/2: makes the secondary weapon swing slowly
-One Handed, Dual furry 2/2: Can make the primary weapon get stuck over player's head
-Pickpocket, Light Fingers 5/5: Pickpocket chance make become 0%
-Speechcract, Investor: Some shops don't update their total gold when they are invested in
-Two Handed, Great Critical Charge: Does not add the extra critical damage


Shouts:
-Any: May darken player's screen
-Any: May not be able to unlock shouts with dragon souls
-Any: Shout may be used but nothing happens
-Any: Shout may be used but locks player up for 30 seconds, jumping and spellcasting disabled
-Clear Skies: First word can be spammed which can be used to stagger enemies
-Dragonrend: doesn't always work, the dragon can continue flying around
-Elemental Fury: may lead to a permanent wind gust sound
-Elemental Fury: receiving the first word may make the other two words unobtainable from the other two word walls
-Elemental Fury: Can't be used with enchanted weapons, it will say 'This weapon is already enchanted"
-Ice Form can freeze the game for 1-2 seconds while it is being cast
-Marked for Death: Words said and words shown are different
-Marked for Death: Stacks with itself when used multiple times on an enemy
-Marked for Death: Hitting a follower with this shout will have their Armor Rating permanently drop to below 0
-Slow Time: while blocking can make the world be stuck in Slow Time, pausing the game can fix this occasionally
-Slow Time: Dropping an item during the shout's duration may have it frozen in the air even after time has returned to normal
-Storm Call: Will electrocute friendly NPCs/creatures
-Unrelenting Force: May stop working after unlocking



AI:

Non-Follower NPCs:
-All NPCs may attack player on sight in each hold
-Animals can report crimes
-Broom can be stuck to NPCs hand while they aren't sweeping
-Couriers: can stop spawning making some quests not possible to start
-Couriers: can sometimes be naked (might not be a bug)
-Deep-In-His-Cups ("A Night to Remember") will continuously spawn even if you already dealt with him one way or the other
-Dog from Riverwood (Stumpy) may fall from the sky and die
-Elda Early-Dawn will still have dialogue as if Susanna the Wicked is still alive, even if she died from the "Blood on the Ice" quest
-Guard quest related dialogue doesn't update correclty (Example: After being leader of the Companions the line that you just joined the Companions can play)
-Guards may not recognize the player being a Thane of that area
-Helgird, of Windhelm's Hall of the Dead, will repeat the line about Susanna the Wicked's wound when interacted with
-If a NPC initiates generic dialogue and the player enters a different cell, the NPC may follow the player to continue the line
-Ilas-Tei's corpse may not appear making his ring unobtainable (one of the Missing Apprentices of Phinis Gestor)
-It may permanently say that the guards are pursuing the player
-Jarls: Afer the civil war questline, any Jarl not supporting the player's side will be gone but any quest relating to them will remain
-Mage's College NPCs may attack player on sight
-Markarth guards might attack the player for no reason upon finishing "Forsworn Conspiracy"
-Markarth, Upon completion of "Forsworn Conspiracy" and having a bounty in the Reach, guards will have dialogue from the quest and get stuck in a loop (Possible Workaround: Become a Thane of the Reach, go to Talos Shrine, get attacked, sheathe weapon and leave, go to normal guard and use Thane dialogue option)
-May die for no reason in the middle of a city
-Muiri may always say "Thank you for helping me with my problems" even if the player marries her
-NPCs are more likely to be stuck in world geometry
-NPCs may always hold torches, even in the daylight
-NPCs may carry invisible lumber
-NPCs may hold invisible torches
-NPCs may sleep sideways with their feet on the bed and their body floating
-NPCs may stand in chairs
-NPCs may teleport to areas they should be able to access normally
-NPC sleep animations can appear stiff making them look like corpses
-NPCs that are supposed to be dead may be alive (Companions: Skjor; Torture Victims)
-Reverse pickpocketting arrows on guards practicing archery will have them use that type of arrow for their training and duplicate them
-Riften: player may get random bounty, guards and NPCs may then attack player
-Some NPCs can swim in the air
-Sometimes a NPC corpse may be stiff like the character is still alive and the corpse cannot be searched
-Stormcloak soldiers may attack player even if player is a Stormcloak
-When an essential character has any quest related to them completed then they will stay essential even though they won't have an impact on the game after
-When using Wait to go forward in the game's clock, the NPCs may not be on the correct part of their routines
-While having a large bounty (1000+), guards will always know where the player is
-Upon finishing Louis Letrush's quest there may be duplicates of him and/or he may be stuck halfway in the ground
-Vigilant Tyranus may randomly attack the player


Merchants:
-Butcher in Windhelm (Aval Atheron) doesn’t sell meat
-Hunters may not give gold and just take the item the player tries to sell
-When investing, some merchants don't increase their amount of gold
-Merchants not give item even though player lost money
-After first loading an area, player may not be able to trade with merchant for 10-20 seconds
-Merchants may stop selling Leeks
-May be unable to invest in Ghorza gra-Bagol's shop even if player has sufficient gold
-Buying/selling items in rapid succession can have a different item highlighted (even somewhere else in the list) and that item can be accidentally purchased/sold
-Upon completion of Theives Guild quests that add a fence NPC to a city that NPC may not have any dialogue for the player to sell them items
-Whiterun smith, Adrianne Avenicci, may be levitating above the road
-Whiterun smith, Ulfberth War-Bear, may be in the road locked in place
-Maxing a merchant's gold and then selling an item to them may not give gold back to the player



Trainers:
-May not be able to use some trainers (will say 5/5) even if character's skill is extremely low
-Conuration, Phinis Gestor: Paying for the training may not increase the skill but will make the player still lose gold


Enemies:
-Don't scale correctly to the player
-Bandits may run away but when attacked again can one hit player
-Frostbite Spider don't "fall" when they are supposed to
-Enemies don't always initiate fight even if walking right up to them
-Not always able to search through enemy corpses
-Forsworn may always be able to see the player even if sneaking
-Fleeing from Krosis at Shearpoint after killing the dragon and receiving the words for Throw Voice and returning will make Krosis not spawn
-Some enemies may not take damage
-Mudcrabs can disappear immediately after killing them
-Ice Wraiths can continue floating after being killed
-Sometimes, after hitting an enemy their model will teleport high up but can still be killed by attacking the spot they were in
-Toll Bandit: when using the Intimidate option the player will still lost 200 gold
-Falmer: They may only be about a foot tall


Dragons:
-Flying problems; backwards, in place, through ground (Fixed on Patch 1.3)
-Will fly away even if they have less than half health
-Dissolving and not giving soul
-Can stop spawning
-College of Winterhold dragons respawn while their bones remain
-Dragon bones can fall from the sky when wandering
-Some dragons will just circle the player and not attack (even if attacked)
-May still not dissolve and give soul
-Dragon Bones may move and shake
-Some dragons may crash into the sky instead of into the ground
-Can be invisible
-Dragon Battle Music may not play anymore when fighting dragons
-Dragons may kill named NPCs making there quests impossible to complete
-Dragons may disintegrate and not give soul
-Dragon texture quality may drop while near the player
-Paarthurnax may not move or speak upon first visit making it nearly impossible to continue (Workaround: Push him off the cliff and it should resolve it)
-Multiple dragons spawning
-Dragons spawning at a city right after loading screen
-Dragons may glide very slowly during combat (Post-Patch 1.3)
-Dragon may have the sound that it is breathing fire/frost when it isn't doing any of those (Post-Patch 1.3)
-Mirmulnir's dialogue volume is very low making it hard to tell that he is talking unless someone has subtitles on and even then the subtitle only lasts for a split second
-Once grounded, they may not try moving towards the player
-Any dragon that is perched can have its head clipping through the structure that it is on
-When attacking a dragon, the player can hit part of the dragon and just hit air
-When attacking a dragon and it takes off, the player can attack where it was for a few seconds and still do damage
-Dragons may continually try meleeing the air
-During "Alduin's Bane" and fighting Alduin, he may freeze in the sky and become unkillable; he may start glitching around and then walk in the sky
-When a dragon is grounded and attempts to chase the player, it may get stuck even though it appears that it should be able to move through that area



Followers:

General:
-Don't level up to the player
-Will occasionally switch back to their default gear even if they were given better gear
-Darkeethus (Darkwater Crossing) will return to Darkwater Crossing even if married or in the Blades
-Sometimes they may not do anything when told what to do
-Followers may disappear permanently (Vilkas has been confirmed to do this)
-Farkas may continuously try to initiate dialogue with the player which can interrupt quest givers
-Vilkas may continuously try to initiate dialogue with the player which can interrupt quest givers
-May be unable to initiate dialogue with followers, skips to command mode
-Telling a follower to pick up an item can count as stolen, even if it wasn't counted as stolen before (Post Patch 1.2)
-Followers may be stuck in crouch after recovering (confirmed with Cicero, Lydia, and Iona)
-Followers may get stuck fighting Markarth guards in the Shrine of Talos and won't leave unless dismissed (tied to the Forsworn Conspiracy bug)
-Mage Followers don't learn higher level versions of spells and can flee from enemies
-Dismissing Illia will make her unable to follow the player later on
-Followers may be unable to enter Abandoned Prison
-Followers may attack the player when he/she turns into a werewolf
-Some followers may be impossible to dismiss
-Dark Brotherhood Initiate does not stay when the Wait command is used
-Followers may die when the spell Fireball is cast, even if the spell lands nowhere near them
-Placing an item in a chest and then commanding a follower to take it will have that item be marked as stolen
-Followers may not be able to walk up narrow stairs
-Followers may not follow the player off a ledge even if is the only way to get to the next area
-May always have their weapon(s) drawn
-Kharjo: When told to wait in the player's house will act as if dismissed
-Follower Trainers can be exploited by paying for the training and then opening their inventory to take back the gold
-Can bypass carry weight limit by putting items in a container (or dropping the items) and telling the follower to retrieve them
-May be unable to take items from followers
-Dark Brotherhood Initiate may not leave Broken Oar Grotto


Animals:
-Dogs: Meeko doesn't always spawn in Meeko's Shack
-Dogs: Might not be able to talk to the Stray Dog to get it to follow the player
-Dogs: Vigilance doesn't stay at player's house
-Dogs: Vigilance's owner may tell the player that they already own a dog
-Dogs: may not appear and it may count the player already has a dog
-Horses: Can ride horses when over-encumbered
-Horses: will attempt to kill enemies only to die in the process
-Horses: may drop from the sky and die
-Horses: May travel back to their original location, going through any object in their way
-Horses: Shadowmere may be unable to sprint


Marriages:
-Marrying Ysolda can make her teleport into the sky which can prevent the "A Night To Remember" quest
-Lydia is not able to be married
-Senna will not sleep in a bed making the bonus 'Lover's Comfort' unobtainable
-Brelyna Maryon, can't receive 'Lover's Comfort'
-Mjoll the Lioness will have Aerin follow her
-Killing spouse will make you unable to remarry
-Mjoll the Lioness may not be able to cook food after a certain amount of time
-Aela the Huntress may disappear after the wedding, Band of Matrimony may also not appear
-Spouse may not give gold when asked "Has the store made any money?"
-Marrying Aela the Huntress can make it impossible to retrieve the "Totems of Hircine" quests
-Orla will not leave the Temple of Dibella
-May not be able to marry Ysolda
-Spouses may stop cooking food for the player
-Some wives may never sleep making "Lover's Comfort" unobtainable
-Choosing to live in the spouse's house and trying to wait or sleep can give the trespassing message



Quests:

Main:
-"A Blade in the Dark" Delphine may not follow the player into the room to initiate dialogue with the player
-"A Blade in the Dark" Delphine may not initiate dialogue with the player
-"A Blade in the Dark" Objective to kill Sahloknir appears before scene is finished
-"A Cornered Rat" may not trigger after "Diplomatic Immunity" (Could be linked to Thieve's Guild "A Chance Arrangement" or any quest past that)
-"A Cornered Rat" Esbern may not have any dialogue
-"Alduin's Bane" Alduin may become invincible
-"Alduin's Wall" Esbern may disappear making the quest impossible
-"Alduin's Wall" Delphine may not acknowledge Esbern is with the player
-"Alduin's Wall" Solving the drawbridge puzzle prior to the quest will make the quest impossible to finish
-"Alduin's Wall" Delphine may become hostile making the quest impossible to complete
-"Before the Storm" Dialogue option about the dragon attack may not appear for Alvor/Gerdur
-"Bleak Falls Barrow" Dragonstone may not appear
-"Diplomatic Immunity" Telling Delphine you are ready to leave for the embassy may freeze the game
-"Diplomatic Immunity" In the Thalmor Embassy, being a High Elf and wearing Thalmor Robes still makes Thalmor Guards hostile
-"Diplomatic Immunity" When finishing the conversation to leave for the embassy, if a dragon attacks then the player may be paralyzed
-"Diplomatic Immunity" Killing Rulindil before entering the cell block can make it impossible to go through the trap door
-"Diplomatic Immunity" may not get all items back
-"Diplomatic Immunity" after retrieving all items, Melborn may continuously tell to hurry so he can lock the door
-"Dragon Rising" When talking to Jarl Balgruuf about the dragons, the guard that is supposed to be in the conversation may not appear making it impossible to progress
-"Season Unending" Taking a seat may not trigger the next part of the quest
-"Season Unending" May not be able progress through it correctly if a certain point hasn't been reached in the Civil War quests
-"Season Unending" Speaking to Ulfric about attending may not update making the quest say to convince Ulfric to attend even though the player already did that
-"Season Unending" completing it while having "Joining the Stormcloaks" still active can make it that Ulfric may not referance the player's race correctly
-"Season Unending" may not be possible to complete if "Joining the Stormcloaks" is also active
-"Season Unending (Imperial)" NPCs may get stuck walking in circles outside High Hrothgar making any quest related to them impossible to complete
-"The Fallen" Releasing Odahviing may have him permanent hostile
-"The Fallen" Releasing Odahviing may have his walking animation bugged
-"The Horn Of Jurgen Windcaller" Dragon statues may go up and leave the area
-"The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller" Wulfgar may not give the player the third word to Unrelenting Force
-"The Throat of the World" Player may be unable to receive the Clear Skies shout
-"The Throat of the World" Paarthurnax may immediately attack the player, when leaving a fast travelling back Paarthrunax may be stuck in the mountain
-"The Way of the Voice" Unrelenting Force may stop working after unlocking making it impossible to progress
-"The Way of the Voice" When the player is told to use their shout on the summoned target, it may not spawn only blue mist will appear (Workaround: when the blue mist is shown > go to the menu > go back to the game > it should appear)
-"Unbound" Alduin may freeze, soldiers may glitch and Hadvar may disappear
-"Unbound" When in the cart at the very beginning of the game, no dialogue may happen with any NPC and the player will be stuck in the cart


Side:
-Quest markers may not update correctly
-"A Return to Your Roots" when removing Crimson Nirnroots while having the quest active will remove them twice and is possible to go into negatives (Workaround: Crimson Nirnroots respawn so you can find more that way)
-“Animal Extinction” animal that is needed to kill may already be dead
-"Arniel's Endeavor Part 3" Quest may not update when heating convectors
-"Blood on the Ice" Might not be able start quest as first murder scene may not appear (can be due to siding with the Imperials as the guard needed to talk to may not appear and/or completion of the optional part of the Dark Brotherhood quest "Mourning Never Comes"
-"Blood on the Ice" may not progress no matter how many nights slept in Windhelm
-"Blood on the Ice" the game skips the step to Patrol the Streets to finding the murderer
-"Blood on the Ice" May not be able to get past the patrolling stage
-"Blood on the Ice" Taking the Strange Amulet to Calixto may have the option to sell it to him repeatedly for an infinite amount of gold
-"Blood on the Ice" Calixto House of Curiosities may be permanently locked making the player unable to speak to Calixto
-"Blood on the Ice" Viola Giordano may disappear making the quest not possible to progress
-"Brelyna's Practice" Player will be unable to be affected by the spells if they have the Atronach Stone effect making the quest impossible to finish
-"Forsworn Conspiracy" when you are supposed to return to the Shrine of Talos the guards may talk to you about joining the Legion instead
-"Forbidden Legend" The objective goes to Daynas Valen who may be dead, making it impossible
-"Forbidden Legend" may not update correctly after clearing Geirmund's Hall
-"Forbidden Legend" After obtaining the third fragment, the quest may not update correctly making it impossible to advance
-"Forbidden Legend" may be impossible to loot Mikrul Gauldurson
-"Forbidden Legend" Sigdis Gauldurson may not have the correct loot and quest arrow may point to a rock
-"Forbidden Legend" Visiting Geirmund's Hall prior to the quest may have the game freeze upon entering
-"In My Time of Need" Alik'r Warriors may be permanently outside Whiterun upon completion
-"In My Time of Need" If player killed Kematu, Alik'r Warriors will permanently stay in Whiterun
-"Infiltration" After several in-game days upon completion, Stalleo will return to his camp and Treva's Watch will be filled with bandits again
-"Missing In Action" Not possible to get Thorald without bloodshed
-"No One Escapes Cidhna Mine" siding with Madanach, stealing the note from Grisvar the Unlucky will make the quest not proceed correctly
-"No One Escapes Cidhna Mine" quest items may not get returned to the player
-"No Stone Unturned" quest may not update after bringing Vex all 24 Stone of Barenziahs
-"Repairing the Phial" Eating existing Briar Hearts after quest has started will make any other Briar Heart not count for the quest
-"Repairing the Phial" Sometimes getting the Briar Heart from the Forsworn may not update the quest, the Forsworn will still have the objective arrow on him
-"Repairing the Phial" Retrieving a Briar Heart while already having one prior the quest will not update the quest
-"Repentance" If the hagraven is killed by someone else other than the player then the quest may not update
-"Repentance" Killing the hagraven prior to reaching the top floor of the dungeon will make the quest impossible to complete
-"Rising at Dawn" Falion may not be at the summoning circle (Workaround: Push Falion to the circle)
-“Supply and Demand” Clearing Cragslane Cavern prior to the quest will make it impossible to complete
-"Tending the Flames" When talking to Evette San as a female, she will say that the spiced wine is limited one per customer except to the 'man' that saved the festival
-"Tending the Flames" Killing King Olaf with Dawnbreaker can make the verse glitch through the floor
-"Telrav's Request" Killing Telrav before you get to the camp will make the quest impossible to finish
-"The Blessings of Nature" If the player takes the sapling to replace the Gildergleen then the new tree will grow through the old instead of the old tree being removed and the new tree growing in its place
-"The Golden Claw" After retrieveing the claw, there may be no dialogue option to turn it in
-"The Man Who Cried Wolf" may not be possible receive as the scene involving the Jarl may not trigger, making it impossible to buy a house in Solitude
-"The Wolf Queen Awakened" when you are supposed to talk to Styrr to get the key, the dialogue option may not be available to receive the key
-"Wandering Dead" Medresi Dran may have a marker to talk to her even if she dies in the correct area making it impossible to access the word wall as well


Blades Quests:
-"Ask Esbern about Dragon Lairs" Will remain in player's journal if Esbern tells the player to kill Paarthurnax and the player doesn't do the quest; even when Paarthurnax flew away upon completion of the main quest, it will remain
-"Dragon Hunt" The player may fight the dragon on their own
-"Esbern's Potion" Esbern may not have any dialogue after bringing him a Dragon Bone and Dragon Scale
-"Esbern's Potion" does not complete and the effects of the potion aren't applied to your stats
-"Esbern's Potion" May remain in player's journal upon completion
-"Kill Paarthurnax" After dropping his health to 0 and the bar disappears, he may not die


Civil War Quests:
-"A False Front (Legion)" may not be possible to complete as Rikke may not have the correct dialogue to turn it in

-Framerate lag when entering an interior, may be tied to objects bouncing around
-Screen can turn a purple color, creates laggy menus and frequent freezing
-Saving many times to the point that the player has to scroll through the list can make the game only keep saves up to a certain limit; overwriting saves during this may overwrite the wrong save
-Consitent freezing, using an external storage device for a save and getting alchemy up to 100 while getting all perks and creating a fortify sneak potion can freeze the game once the effects wear of and the player goes to their magic or item menues



Audio:
-Picking up items can play the wrong sound file (picking up a potion can use the clothing sound)
-After a loading screen, when opening a menu, the sound for it may not be played until 5-10 seconds after
-Horse gallop sounds can be delayed
-Chain Lightning (Dual Casting) has choppy audio
-The Flame Atronach's burning sound may continue even if it disappears
-Battle Music may stop playing at a certain point in the game
-Discovering a new location may not play the notification sound
-Footstep audio may play behind the player making it sound like something is there



Graphical:

World:
-Texture downgrade from installing the game to the hard drive still isn't fixed; might vary by console (Post Patch 1.3, some textures are at the correct resolution while others may not be)
-Areas may not load completely creating "holes" in the game world (Whiterun and Solitude so far confirmed to do this)
-Some objects may not render correctly making them have no detail
-More texture flickering (easily noticeable on trees and mountains)
-Constant frame rate drops
-Possible to fall through the map in certain areas
-Some areas are not lined up correctly leaving gaping holes in the world geometry, common among mountains
-Khajiit Camps may have invisible bedrolls and tents, they can still be interacted with
-Can fall through map if there is a pile of items in that area
-Can fall through map in Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, in front of chest
-College of Winterhold beacons may not be lit after a certain amount of time
-Some Windhelm homes aren't solid making it possible to walk through
-Draw distance can be very low
-Shroudhearth Barrow: In the room with a large amount of oil and skeletons on it, leaving the barrow through that room can create a large blue wall and this can reppear from certain spots in the room
-Nirnroot Glow will still be shown even if that Nirnroot was picked
-Waterfalls that are indoors that also pour into a deep pool of water may just pur straight through the ground
-Turning quickly may make the game's brightness really low and then slowly rise back to normal
-Walking up to any item in the game can make the screen turn blue and blurred


Player/NPCs:
-NPC: have a glow to them
-NPC: may not load during loading screen making them "pop-in" in front of the player
-NPC: nose tips are highly pixelated
-NPC: eyes may flicker when they have a white eye
-Player: May become invisible while riding a horse
-Player: Sword sheath may float next to player with some weapons
-Player: Permanent frost emitting from feet
-Player: In rare instances can survive a decapitation which glitches the player's face permanently
-Player: face color may not match the color of player's skin when equipping some armor
-Player: may have glowing eyes
-Player: When riding a horse, it may turn invisible since the distance for that to happen is too short and the camera can move closer in certain areas
-Player: When being a vampire, the player's face may not change
-Player: Some weapon textures may flicker

HUD:
-Permanent text saying "To Skyrim" may stay on screen, even through reloading

-May not be able to 'Activate' items like ore and weapon racks
-On French and Italian versions, words ending in "é" will have a blank box next to it
-On Spanish versions, words ending in a "í" or any similar character will have that character be a blank box instead
-On versions of the game that uses accented letters, the accented letters may not appear


Menus:
-Can be extremely slow
-Lag when opening containers and inventories
-When pressing "Show on Map" for quests that are in Markarth, the map will center on the Lover Stone
-Going into options may freeze game
-Days as Werewolf still increases even if player is cured, guards still use dialogue like if the player is a werewolf
-Intimidation count doesn't always increase
-Some items may freeze game making it impossible to scroll past them (Workaround: Clear cache and uninstall game)
-When two of the same item are enchanted and then names are changed then one of the items will change its name to match the either
-Game calendar can change dates randomly
-Items may disappear upon loading a cell
-When in the Skills area, the player's Health may be colored green showing that it was increased but nothing in Active Effects may say why


Favorites:
-Weapons favorited with the same name/effect will only leave one in the favorite list when something else is equipped


Player Camera:
-First Person: Camera height doesn't match with player height (noticeable on High Elves)
-First Person: Crouch camera can be permanent
-First Person: Player may be stuck in first person
-Both: Camera may get lower as game time increases, does not get fixed by reloading

-Any: Returing to a cleared area before the enemies respawn can make them never respawn

-Any: Clearing an area and then recieving a quest to return to that location can make the game freeze, it then may continue to freeze at that same area
-Any: Items may fall and never return to their original position, even if player puts item back it will be away from where it was originally (after a while)
-Any: In rare instances, when entering a cell the player may be moved to a different part than intended, all cells are affected afterwards
-Any: Places may have most of their items available for the player to take without consequence, "Steal" may show for a brief second but then disappear

-Highest leveled Nightingale Blade cannot be upgraded on Grindstones
-Nord Hero bow can't be upgraded

-Resist Fire potion recipe is incorrect, it says you need Bone Meal and Fire Salts but that makes a Fortify Conjuration Spells potion
-Resist Frost potion recipe is incorrect, it says you need Gourd and Frost Salts but the item Gourd is counted as food and can't be used in potions


Misc:
-Skill Books that have never been read may not level up a skill
-Soul Gems: giving a follower a stack of soul gems and having them kill an enemy (after using soul trap) will have all soul gems filled
-Soul gems: may not work correctly if they are stacked together
-Skill Books (ANY): Not all skill books may work
-Nirnroots respawn even though the game lore says that they shouldn't
-Torch: Their length of time for being lit varies greatly from each other
-Statue of Diabella: when placed and then reloading that cell will have them float until they are interacted with


Quest Related Misc Items:
-Azura's Star: Can, in some cases, trap human souls
-Black Star: can trap creature souls (unknown if bug)
-Bust of the Grey Fox: when placed and then reloading that cell will have them float until they are interacted with

-Elder Scroll is a quest item (You can sell it at the College of Winterhold, talk to Urag gro-Shub)

-No marker for Quill of Gemination during "The Pursuit" (There isn't supposed to be a marker since you are supposed to actually find it in the lake, it is in a leveled locked chest)

Assuming I can post it here I hope it can be fixed at somepoint soon as it is very annoying but here it is.

Falmer Armour Glitch
This glitch has been plagueing me recently and hope there is a way to fix it. For a first it's not all Heavy Armour, I based a character on it and is a little annoying. The Helmet is the issue, is the perk Well Fitted, the rest of the Armour works fine but the Helmet will not count, to double check it I tried wearing a different heavy helmet (Dwarven Helm) and that gave me the bonus but when I put the Falmer Helm back on the Well Fitted bonus no longer applies. I looked it up and was astonished to see it was a rather Glitchy item. Just so all info is on the board Well Fitted is the Perk that gives you 25% extra armour when wearing all Heavy Armour. If you need more info please say and I will try to produce more.

Well, not sure how to phrase this one, but in my game, the city of Riften became completely unreachable. The load screen wouldn't finish upon trying to fast travel there, and the game would freeze whenever you were nearby if you tried to walk without fast traveling.

So it's not a loading/autosave problem, or the town would be accessible by just walking there. My guess is that a random event was supposed to take place there, and something went wrong each time the game tried to trigger it. Most likely a dragon attack.

Another user reported the same exact issue in Ivarstead.

You may get a bounty to kill a entity that has already been killed. There is no quest marker even when both the misc quest and objective is active when this happens.

Right now, this is occuring with the dragon at eldersblood peak. I don't know if it will respawn.

The ebony blade has an abnormally high swing speed, even if you assume it's supposed to have the swing speed of a one handed sword.

It seems to have a dagger's swing speed.

Also, ebony dagger's have a sword's swing speed.

Also, the fact that items can get moved around in your house isn't so much of a bug as how the game handles items when an instance is loaded. You have to drop the item out of your inventory, leave the house, re-enter, THEN move the item to where you want it.

Then once you leave, it will stay where you put it, unless it get's moved again by you or another npc.

Sean, I appreciate what you are doing and all the hard work on these posts. I posted up my list in your first group under this title but, some of my bugs didn't get added to your list. Here it is again. I haven't edited it since the original posting, but I did Google my problems and found others are having the same or simular quest bugs:


1. Quest 'Forbidden Legend'. After obtaining the second part of the amulet, my mission statement reads: 'Find the Gauldur Amulet Fragment in Geirmund's Hall'. I have no map marker on my map function, but I had located this place previously. When I try to enter the cave my XBox freezes. I have to shut it off and start from the previous save point. It continues to freeze....

2. Quest ' Repairing the Phial'. I was in Whiterun carrying a bunch of items (to include Briars Heart) when I was stopped by a messenger to start this mission. Before going to Quintus to start the mission, I dumped all my items in my house, except the Briars heart, because it wouldn't let me. So I started the mission. I retrieved the 'Unmelting Snow', and 'Mammoth Tusk Powder', but when I killed the Forsworn with the Briars Heart (at the designated location) and took the item, the game did not complete the item on my objectives.... I tried returning to Quintus, but the Character does not recongnize that I have completed the mission. I had picked up a few more Briar's Hearts since and cannot remove them from my inventory. So I ate them all and tried to complete the mission without any in my inventory...... But the Forsworn will not respawn at the indicated location??????????????

3. I completed two missions for Brina Merillis in Dawnstar . I followed the prompt to "Collect bounty from Brina Merillis" Got 100 coin but the mission still remains active on my side missions?????

4. Misc. Quest "Bring a Daedra's Heart to Moth"..... I don't know when I got that mission or where. I have collected a couple of Daedra's Hearts but I am given no map marker where to turn it in to. I received a hint from one of the forum members on where ‘Moth’ is, but my Xbox freezes when I attempt to enter the location for this quest.

5. Misc. Quest "Speak to Greta about going to the Temple of Divines" I have tried every possible dialogue with the NPC and I am never given the option to convince her to go anywhere....... this Quest is still showing as active.... At one time I could not drop the extra Amulet of Talos I had in my inventory, but now I can, but the mission is still open????

6. Items Bug.... I picked up Finn's Lute and Pantea's flute in my travels but could not remove them from my inventory. When I went to the Bard's College I was given the option to join, (I refused at the time) but was still given missions for the college. When I spoke with the head of the college, it gave me the dialogue option to identify the Finn's Lute, which I did. I was well rewarded but the Lute remains in my inventory. I have approached the head of the college on several occasions and the option to identify the Lute is always available but still is not removed by the NPC.

So with all the bugs, the game is unplayable because I am loaded down with musical instraments, Briar's Hearts, Ivory Claws, Unmelting Snow, Mammoth Tusk Powder, fragments of amulets, and other quest items for quests that can't be completed or are so glitched that it freezes my console....

7. After completing the misc. quest of finding the skooma dealers in Riften, I am directed to speak to Maven to complete the quest. I do so and then immediately I am given the quest to talk to her again. She goes into a dialogue to make me her thane in Riften. After the completion of the conversation the white arrow stays above her head and the quest to speak with her is still active. All she says is "hmmm?” I previously purchased the house in Riften and furnished it (Completely) but one room on the lower floor is still empty. I spoke to a friend who has the game and he said that would be my house Karl's room. I am not given any further options to purchase items for the house.....

8. Side Quest: “Speak to Verulus about the Hall of the Dead”. - Xbox Freezes as soon as I attempt to enter the Understone Keep. Like other freezes I can’t go to the dashboard to restart the game, I have to turn the box off and restart. I didn’t have a problem with entering the Understone Keep previous to receiving this mission from a messenger in one of the towns.

9. Side Quest: “Kill the Leader of Red Eagle Redoubt”. I fast traveled to this location… No enemy in the surrounding camp and no enemy in the whole Redoubt area. This is impossible to complete because it seems to be tied to the “Repairing the Phial” quest.

10. I was given the side mission to ‘Speak to Degaine’. When I speak to him I get no dialogue choices. I know he gave me (Attention Spoiler!!!) the mission to steal a statue from the temple which I did quite some time ago, but I just received this side mission to speak to him again???

11. Companion’s side quest: “Family Heirloom” (Retrieve the Iron War Axe from Bruca’s Leap Redoubt). No enemies are located at the camp and my Xbox freezes when I attempt to enter the cave at this location. Now it is impossible to complete anymore Companion’s quests.

I have read the pending patch items and it seems some but not all of these items will be corrected or attempted to be corrected. I ‘Googled’ my problems and found that others are having the same or similar issues, but most of those posting these items are on other consoles (i.e. PlayStation, CPU…).

11. Fixed.... but the Forsworn were not at the location. The Family Heirloom was in the chest in the cave..........

Two partial fixes out of 11. I started a new character. I hate the waste of time......

I am having a problem with alchemy not respawning in locations around the entire map. I travel into areas and alchemy all around has respawned except a few plants in areas I have not been to for a while. Just a little while ago I went to pick the plants by Honeyside in Riften and only one plant there respawned, it has been several months wince I picked the plants there.

Thanks for taking time to make a comprehensive list of bugs everybody is encountering.

It should be noted that its not just the cleareddm areas that never respawn its also areas that are not cleared an example of a not cleared area is Fort Greymoore that area has never respawned above ground, also some areas only have a few enemies respawn.

I've been noticing more and more items that suddenly vanish depending on where I am standing or are otherwise just invisble. They are still there, putting the crosshair over the item still confirms this, but aside from shadows, the item is invisible. I was at the end of Illianata's Deep, looking for the broken star for a good 5 minutes before I noticed the shadow (and nothing else) on the floor.

on the proving honor quest for the companions on my first playthrough i returned to white run vilkas was waiting for me told me to follow him, i follow him vilkas and farkas take their place but kodlak just opens his mouth and says nothing and the initiation cant conclude

Another bug I forgot to mention.

When I go to cast a spell any spell that requires a charge before cast, I release the trigger and the spell does not cast instead it makes a steady casting noise. The magic is still drained at the amount of magic the spell cost, and I cannot try to recast the spell I have to lower my hands and raise them again to be able to cast another spell.

A more comprehensive list of some bugs I an having sorry for not posting this earlier.

They should fix areas so they respawn properly, the enemies never respawn on the outside of dungeons and its been over a year in game time this is on both cleared and not cleared dungeons.

They should fix the game so the game cleans up weapons, arrows, and ash piles. I know patch 1.4 is supposed to address ash piles but as of right now there is still instances where ash piles do not clean up properly. I have my fingers crossed that the issue is resolved when the patch goes live.

Also there is places where alchemy plants have not respawned again its been a while over a month intake time since I have been in certain areas, every plant in the area has respawned but a select few scattered around. There is another instance in Riften the garden you have in Honeyside I picked everything there I go back to that place I know two or three months later and nothing respawned except one plant. I waited a month in game and alchemy threw out the land respawned except some plants dotted threw the land, also there is small clusters of plants that have not respawned.

In the 'Battle for Solitude' quest, i'm unable to progress past the part when you enter Castle Dour and confront Legate and General Tullius. The dialogue occurs, but at the point when both parties (the General and Legate, and Ulfric and Galmar) should begin attacking each other, the Imperials start attacking me, and the Stormcloak officers just stand there as if the quest still hasn't begun yet. After i defeat both enemies, they also act as if the quest isn't occurring, and all the regular dialogue options show up for both parties.

As i said before, i can't progress past here, and all my autosaves are during the quest, so reverting doesn't do anything (even though i have tried countless times).

Having annoying issue where my thrall walk in place after using Revenant on a corpse. Only seems to affect humanoid thrall. Falmer and Forsworn walk in place, but a Frostbite Spider does not.

Have tried multiple times on multiple sessions and they always walk in place. Thanks.

Another bug I just experienced is I just left Dragonsreach to sell some goods I just enchanted to Adrianne Avenicci and strangely enough when was in the road levitating above the ground leaning over the same way she leans on the wood pole at her smith. I noticed that about her then I went into Warmaidens to sell my gear the shopkeeper Ulfberth War-Bear was not in I walk outside and he is on the road not moving locked in place.

4th quest down on the comprehensive list.. and it doesn't seem to be getting addressed in this patch. I'm trapped at 60+ hours played and can not proceed past early Act 2 in the main questline. That kinda svcks.. I haven't played the game in like a month.. just been playing MW3 waiting for the issue to be addressed. Looks like I'm going to be waiting even longer.

Dissappointing Bethesda :'/

Ok, here is the issue, plain and simple, if I pick up armor that I currently have equipped, my armor rating drops to the AR of the armor I just picked up.

Example : I am wearing full glass armor, all legendary status, and I pick up a glass armor chest piece, my armor rating will drop a full one hundred points, and If I pick up anything else that is glass, say gloves, boots and helmet, my armor rating will continue to drop, today I had doubles of everything in my inventory, and BAM, my armor rating went from 560 to 230......this goes for weapons as well, and I have not seen any mention of this in the patch notes....anyone else have this?

Just want to reiterate the Totems of Hircine bug. Mine crashes when entering Broken Fang Cave to get the second totem, and now I'm stuck with Aela.
