no idea,i might just be a creepy hermit that lives in a one room shack in the middle of the woods with as many kids as possible
Something struck me earlier today about this - do you guys think we'll be able to adopt without being married first? Either way they choose to go on that will be kind of interesting huh?

I waited and waited, I sooooooooooooo wanted to marry a redguard woman (seeing as i'm a redguard dude) but said eff it and married that big amazonian Mjoll the Lioness. both of us carry two handed weapons, i can sell throwaway dungeon loot on the spot before i even leave the dungeon, and she also can carry a bunch of gear too. plus she's chatty as hell.. best follower on the game IMO.

i'm thinking instead of trying to add another wife i'll go more the Hugh Hefner route, and just stuff my crib full of hot women (Lydia, Aera, Joris, etc) and have a harem. hey.. somebody gotta take care of all those kids i'm gonna adopt while im out adventuring lol

Only character I have married is my Female Khajiit to Derkeethus :|

I will remain a loner on my main character, but I still would like a Khajiit marriage candidate for one of my characters.

I would like to marry Tali, but unfortunately she is not available in this game.
Second place would be Serana, but unfortunately there is no option to marry her.
Therefore I have to stay with my beautified Aela.

yeah, just incase there is any bonuses for it in hearthfire. I'm not too particular on the character, guess i'll just cruise around with an amulet of mara on until i run across one of the marriageable npcs.

I think I'm going to go with Shahvee. I doubt that they'll ever add Khajiit to marry.

Marriage, eh? Let's see...

Faeron will probably never marry. Nobody wants a drunk ole' bard like him, anyway.
Re'norr only needs her potions and spells, in her little cabin in the woods. No silly marriage stuff for this one.
Saeldur got a ladyfriend (and after becoming Archmage, how very unpredictable) but I don't think it will last.
Eilonwy hasn't been able to find a significant other, either. That Mara quest made her feel a bit sappy.

All my current characters will end up forever alone. Delightful. (some of my past characters married, but nobody recently)
By the way, don't take my words for this stuff. I don't know or plan any of it. If any of my characters somehow find a person that they like enough, they might marry. If not, they have more important things to do, anyway.

I got married once just to get the achievement, then reverted to a previous save. I don't plan to do it again.

No plans for adopting either. All those identical looking kids in the towns are creepy enough, I don't need any in my house.

That's probably true, since they're finding every excuse possible to not do marriable Khajiit, including statements that argue it would violate lore to even have Khajiit options.
