You cant marry the hottest woman in the game

Post » Mon Jun 11, 2012 9:43 pm

That mean little girl Braith in Whiterun is a redguard (her dad is Amren, the redguard dude that asks you to find his dad's sword).
Ok, so there are two technical-Redguard kids... the other one being in Markarth...

Most of the woman you can marry are ugly man. For some reason you cant marry the hottest woman you do quests for. Sure there's a few exceptions but you cant marry the best looking ones, like Ingun Black Briar for example. If you're an assassin or a thief and you married the Black Briar girl, how cool would that be? She's supposed to be your girl! There's a lot of other woman. Cant remember off the top of my head, but Im sure most people here know what Im talkin about. And yeah, these chicks are based on real woman.

Ingun is obsessed with the effects of poison on the body. She's insane.

You're saying this even though people fawn over Muiri and the most sixy fan art on dA is for Cicero. You need to lower your standards when considering what people go for. lol

Two Quotes for you.

"One's opinion of 'Hot' could be another's opinion of 'Ugly'."

"Its what's inside that matters, not the outsides."
You cannot marry Olaf the Feeble, for that matter :D "Maybe I'll reveal your future another day, will I?"

I doubt Maven would let you marry Ingun, Astrid is already married, and Elisif is in mourning, so I'd say it'd be inappropriate to try and marry woo her.

That being said, of the characters people are complaining about being unavailable for marriage, Ingun's the only one I'd be interested in in the first place.

It's beyond me why most faction NPCs (except for the Companions) are non-marriable.

I did, and you're right, she's my girl. She knows what lowlifes her family are, but she won this assassin's heart with her interest in poisons. That was my, "Daw, ain't dat schweet?" moment.

Of course, I'm on a PC.

For the love of Boethiah, does everything have to be about six? This isn't that type of game.

Your spouse can't become a follower simply beacuse you marry them, but many followers can become your spouse.

My favorites are Vex and Annekke. I'm not sure I'd marry them though, they rather make good companions and lovers.

Roleplaying value. It's about what our character wants. And if they would want to get married, damn right I'll make them married.
It's just a tiny bit of content, not important or developed at all, but why not? Also, you get an achievement.

First they need to make marriage more consistent, there's not enough family life to look forward to. There must be more dialogue options and more...err...interaction, divorce, domestic fight. And cheating of course so brothels and more promiscuity would be welcome. Your spouse and your house becoming a target for thieves and assassins would also add something to marriage, nothing beats the motivation when your wife says the house has been ransacked while you were gone.

So yeah, put some meat on that marriage and I'll be more interested in hot women.

anyone else think this will be some cheeze dlc?
the marriage pack which unlocks loads of them and also makes some of them "fall in love with you" so that they are the ones with the necklace who find you and ask you to marry? -> i always found it weird that no one wants to marry the dahovakin, until they necklace up, i mean where are his fans?

You are absolutely correct that you can't marry the hottest woman in the game - that would be because my character is unavailable. ;)

Parallel universes, not in my game. In my game the hottest desirable woman is Vex.

Agreed. Vex is hot. But console commands wouldn't let me marry her, so I married Sapphire. Still won't tell me her name :\

- Free cash when you come home
- She will cook for you
- She will (if already a companion character) be able to join you in adventures
- RP aspect for some people
