When you level up, the skill indicator icon in the description window is slightly off.

Lol, slightly? I'll play a bit and get to lvl 2. The LevelUp Menu was converted blind as it were. Thanks. :)

If you have W7 (I think Vista will be the same) there is a way to make your ini file stick without using that mod thanks to a poster who commented about that mod.

All you have to do take that read only off from FalloutNV folder so you can edit ini file, do the changes and save, right click on that ini file, click on your Security tap and press edit. On the write row put a tick on deny and press apply and close. It stops the FalloutNV launcher to reset the values.

The Ammo type (JSP in this case) is not set, also the weapons condition shows "bars" and not fully solid like I would guess/hope it should be.

Also, had an issue with the Fonts, changed the settings in FalloutPrefs.ini (My Games/FalloutNV folder) and it did the trick. Using Launcher to start game.

Lovin it, my NV game has been DarNified!

Thanks for giving me a heads up , DarN. I'll most defiantly be using your UI Modifications in my New Vegas Let's Play.

Ah. That's what I mean with "NV specific content in old menus". I haven't seen that stuff yet.

You bet. I'll be watching. :)

Despite this only being a test version, you've already made my game a hell of a lot better. Thank you so much. :celebration:

I can't wait for the Pip-Boy to be properly DarNified.

Did I screw something up? The H20 and FOD texts are still big and up pretty high.

On the HUD the H2O FOD and SLP notifications aren't on line with the HP. Looks weird.

Also when you level up the level up bar is a bit high, and the location that shows when you fast travel on the bottom right is a bit high...but maybe I'm just being anol here haha

Is there anyway to slightly increase HUD size right now?

DUDE! You rock. Thanks for getting on this so quick! :tops:

Side note...You've probably addressed this before, but is there a reason you don't release on the Nexus?

It's [censored] beautiful. In my book, there's only one truly essential modification, and this is it.

That said, I have two issues. If it helps, I use a 1440 x 900 (16:10) resolution.

1.) I know you haven't gone to work on the Pipboy yet, but this issue is similar enough to the other that I think it might repeat itself later on. Obviously, the boxes aren't properly aligned with the submenu text.

http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/5922/screenshot9m.png

2.) The outline on highlighted dialogue choices is too tight around the text, and while it doesn't seriously affect legibility, it is a bit uncomfortable.

Thanks again.

I'd like it to be properly tested and more or less finished first.

The PipBoy'll sort itself out when I get to it. I know about the dialog entries. I'll tweak that later.

Hi Darn..
Just a quick thank you for your hard work.
I think we all appreciate this mod and it has become a must have for the community.
I have modded other game interfaces ( Civilization Series) in the past and know what hard work it is having to organise and process all the screens.
Regards

Is this a console command? If so what's the syntax. I'm also of the opinion that it's marginally too small but then it's never going to be pixel perfect for everyone.

I'd also like to know about this. The HUD right now is a little more than marginally too small for me right now, would like to increase it to about 50% bigger than it is now.

Hot dog! It looks like the blessed 'HUD crosshair alpha override' for those of us who love a barely visible HUD made the transition. Thanks for the great work Darn.
