Probably more, I don't know why but downloads have gotten a lot bigger, no matter how much content is actually in them. But yeah, it won't be TOO much higer than one GB.

Seriously? No it won't it's random.
I don't think so, if they want to keep this quite, they will be hand picking people who they think will be doing the job they are asking us to do. Find problems and report them, and keep everything you know a secret.

You can't just randomly pick people to do that

I wouldn't say nerd, I'd say ready for a zombie apocalypse
I myself had a couple katanas and wakizashi, a spanish longsword, two glaives, a replica of the sword Conan carried, replica of the green destiny sword. Various generic longswords and shortswords, and too many knives and daggers to name, so your not the only nerd

Would love me a Katana or two.
Blade lasts so much longer than the usual Euro style, due to the whole rubber mixed with the metal works.
And the craftsmanship http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?&app=forums&module=extras§ion=legends#
The only daggers I've got are a couple sgian-dubh for when I get kitted up in the kilt and whatnot.
Though, they make ruddy good defensive tools when someone's trying to break into your house... :whistling:

No they won't. How will they know who'll report back and who won't. If it's true maybe they won't pick any laymen.

Yes it was already known. It'll be like the PC betas, a closed forum.

No. Not a forum. You didn't read my post. I said in-game feedback system. It would upload some of the raw data of the things you do, places you go etc. If you've played any EA games lately look it up. It's a smart system.

No if the other betas are to go by and they work well. At least with PC players.

They banned guns a few years back here in Scotland, so.
The best we can do is blades, not that I plan to use them.
But a functional blade is a beautiful blade :celebration:

What do you guys think about the number of people getting the beta? After all the people who are getting it, are getting a full twenty dollar dlc.

Well, first I'd say take into account the amount of people who own the game, and the amount of people who actually bother to watch news and whatnot for DLC.
I'd say three hundred people are nothing compared to the amount of people who'll happily buy the DLC without knowing before hand.

More than that, probably. I expect upwards of 500, to compensate for those who don't do much, and to include multiple representatives for every possible combination of choices in the beta.

Also, more people testing can find more glitches faster, and tell whether the glitches do indeed happen (frequently)

I doubt level will have much to do with it, they likley only asked for levels because they want to make sure you have at least 1 character over 10 which is what you need to be for Dawnguard. I'm still hoping forum activity and when you applied count the most.
Well also, if people are beta-testing then they probably want to check different levels of character ability for balance purposes.

I applied, hope it all works out. My luck has been riding high.

I like the questions they asked. Trying to cover a wide area and a wide range of variables, it seems to me. I don't know how many they intend to give, but it's probably a fair amount. It's a pretty big amount of content from what I can tell, they'd need a lot of people to test it effectively.
