Dawnguard Trailer Discussion v.2 : V

I think there will be two new locations - The vampire castle to the north, and the Dawnguard castle looks like it's in the south. Possibly an extension of the road out of The Rift judging by the flora and rock formations..

you see alot of places not in the vanilla game. Not castles, rock formations and lakes.

i mran i notice things not already in skyrim not the castles but i noticed that tha lakes and rock places are different from vanilla.

Perfect, so I woke up this mourning about 9AM eastern and browsed the web a little, went back to sleep lol. When I woke back up one of my friends on steam said its here DAWNGUARD with a link, I thought he was just messing around. I clicked on the link and my heart dropped when I saw it was uploaded by bethesdasoftworks. Wow so much to talk about and speculate lets go!

I'm a bit underwhelmed personally. More vampires? I guess I should have expected this with the video Todd showed at DICE earlier in the year showing a lot of the content that will make an appearance in this DLC. Ultimately I won't judge Dawnguard until I can actually play it myself, whenever that happens on PC. That being said, not too thrilled from first impressions.

What are they gonna show at E3 I wonder? Unless they did this so they could give Zenimax time to show TESO.

I think the dawnguard vs vampire thing is just what side you pick to ultimately achieve the main goal. Obtain the Elder scroll and possibly awaken the Snow Elf Prince we did see some Falmer and we know the Snow Elf prince maybe in it based off of those files.

Basically, I think it was Molag Bal voicing the trailer. And we all know Molag Bal created vampires when he [censored] some woman. In the trailer he says 'you have returned to my daughter'. Could this mean we meet one of his vampire daughters, who leads us to their lair?

Yes. Maybe the afterlife for vampires, since we see dead souls in the trailer. And he mentions feeding on souls of both the living and the dead.

Maybe not. We see Molag's symbol on a bleeding shrine and the Vampire Lord's armor. And Molag had a daughter called Molag Grunda, but I doubt it will be Molag Bal.

Probably a little gameplay and a launch date. Dawnguard will be on G4TV's E3 coverage on Tuesday, 4pm-9pm eastern.

So does everyone think a character will be able to play this at any time, or will it be something you have to do after the MQ??? Just curious, seeing the scroll and all.

The scroll didn't blind you and it had a Gold case or some sort of jeweled back. So i'm pretty sure it's different.
