Typical.

This reaction can be triggered by watching a football match, playing a game, reading newspaper, hanging out with friends -in short, anything, ANYTHING that you two, don't share a common interest to and at which, YOU alone focus onto.

It'd be of best interest to find a way to balance things out, one that doesn't involve dumping your gf, or suppressing yourself too much.

It is not, I can assure you. And sometimes it will be still the other way round, or? Enjoy your time with her (and the game).

My wife plays it too which is just as annoying as one who doesn't. When I wanna play she's on the Goddam thing. I have an Xbox too so I'll buy for her and she can play it in the other room.

Volunteer to go shopping with her for the equivalent amount of hours that you spend playing Skyrim.

There, that solves all problems...

Hey are you trying to kill him?

That could very well exceed the male shopping tolerance threshold.

OP, with all due respect, but you are [zenzored]! Do you want to keep her? If so then do take care of her and take a break with playing and posting. But if you want to get rid of her then make it quick. The faster it is over the faster you can get back to your game and you will hurt her feelings less.

However, when you cannot make your mind up and get dumped by her, then do not come here and tell us how sorry you are and how she broke your heart.
I am afraid I must second this.

Worrying thread all things considered.

3d meshes and code in binary over a loving human .... this game realy does work on peoples thought processes, to me its pretty clear from this thread.

Then again, from the replies you get a good idea of peoples ages and outlooks.

Get a new gf?

Mine used to watch me play Skyrim just after it's release. The highest compliment she gave it was, "it's pretty, isn't it?"

Now she just watches CSI ...

At least she doesn't moan at me for pouring most of my free time into a damn game.

With all due respect, but: who cares of your private life ? or your girlfriend behavior (if you have one of course) ? just play the game when you want (or you can) and enjoy it

Sorry if i seems a bit rude but thread like this are useless in my opinion. :wavey:
