Holy Did I Just Hear What i Think i heard ?

I am taking this with a grain of salt, but I for one hope this mystery personality from Fallout 3 is not 3 Dog. Mostly because I don't see why it would make sense. Perhaps Eden? No... because that would svck too. Also, a location that players never thought they'd never see sounds interesting, though I can't really imagine a place that would surprised players and still be a decent location for a Fallout game. One more thing, I hope the Ulysses story doesn't end up tying the player down to a backstory. If I were playing my whole game with a particular roleplay and then the DLC told me "You came from here, you know Ulysses from here, you had amnesia, lol" I'd be rather pissed.

I think it can be assumed that the four being developed include those 3, because with your logic it would be a possible total of 10 DLCs.

4 ACTUAL dlcs &
4 mini add-ons that came with the game if you pre-ordered it.

It's going to be Col. Autumn...good news is you're finally going to get that invite to join the Enclave.

Bad news is.........there will be only four of you in it.

So the Enclave relocates to the East Coast after being destroyed and then back to the West Coast after being destroyed? Doesn't sound good. Though I don't think Autumn is a such a bad guy. If he appears in a DLC and the reason is deeper and more believable than "lol enclave" then I'd be fine with it.

I was just kidding. The idea of a pro-Enclave player finally getting offered the berth in the Enclave they've always dreamed of.....after it was meaningless because the Enclave has effectively been destroyed....gave me lulz. I actually kind of liked Autumn....even though I don't really have much use for the Enclave I always spared him at PP. If I was playing FO3 on PC I would have gotten the mod someone made where you could have him for a companion.

Hmm.

1. December
2. March
3. May
4. August
5. November
6. December
7. February
8. April

I'd rather have one big expansion during this time^ than 8 arcade games.

I wonder if the game can keep itself fresh long enough for this many DLC's to be worth it.
If the DLC's don't add content to the actual game then it'll get overplayed very easily.

You got that right.

I'd like hug massive expansion explosion than a few minor DLCs that only give you a cap boost and some new goodies. And no unreturnable areas.

New Caanan......Hanged...-Burning Man :)

I'd like to see the return of Harold.

Even though you can technically kill him.

Should we only consider invincible NPCs?

A place we never thought we would see...

The Abbey!

or the ruins of Navarro...

But preferably the Abbey that's supposed to be in the mountains near Utah in A Canticle for Leibowitz anyway. Just north east of Las Vegas.

Welll That Does It For Me I Officially think that fallout new vegas will be the best game i have ever played in my life and heres why.......

Apperentlly New Vegas is in development for four more dlc's in addition to the Three that are already confirmed and dead money which would make it eight dlc's!!!!!

Your Relationship With Ulysess Would Suprise You, One of the dlc's would be in an area that no one would have ever thought to see in a fallout game, and someone from fallout 3 would be in it!!!

Now i dont know about you guys but i cant wait and will be getting all the dlc's because im a hardcoe fallout fan!!!
Thankxx for reading nd please no bashing !!!!

FNV is the best game I ever played and the best ever made , I could not see how they could top fallout 3 but when they did fallout 3 made it to 2nd on my list of favorite games and fallout new vegas went to #1.

Where did you hear that a character from FO3 would be in Dlc , Im not saying its not true im just exited to hear it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The person from Fallout 3 will probably be really unimportant, like some random kid from Little Lamplight. I can't see them reusing a major character. :intergalactic:

Note the source never said a "person" from FO3, it said "personality".

So if any of this is true, I'm guessing Liberty Prime. Prime was made by RobCo and General Atomics, and Mr House was the founder and CEO of RobCo. Seeing as he was building a Securitron army before the war happened, I find it hard to believe he wouldn't have added a Prime to his own arsenal. Furthermore, at Camp Golf there is a picture of him with two big robot-feet behind him. They don't exactly match Prime's feet in FO3, but he could've made adjustments to this one, or it's another version.

Also, both Yes Man and Caesar guess there may be a "giant robot" beneath the Fort. They wouldn't know, of course, and obviously there was no giant robot, but there was a door that was inaccessable at the end of the facility. So who knows, maybe there's more there than just the Securitrons and Yes Man and Caesar's guesses were a hint from the devs. In fact, House has never, ever shown his full hand. He didn't show his full arsenal when NCR arrived at the dam, he didn't show his full arsenal when he upgraded the Securitrons at the Strip, why should be assume that the Securitrons beneath the Fort are all he has to offer?

for some reason I keep getting the felling that it will be Sentinial Lyons and some brotherhood hearing that the brotherhood in the west coast (or Mojave) has crumbled, which isnt a bad thing but not the thing I wanted.

Doesn't Arcade Gannon's dark secret already get revealed in the Vanilla game?

I want to know what this place that 'players thought they would never see' is.

Seems unlikely to me. The Brotherhood in DC has drifted so far from their original mission that they don't have much contact with the rest of the Brotherhood anymore. It is also possible to kill Sarah Lyons in the Broken Steel DLC, and I don't think the developers would let a non-essential character return. Dr Madison Li, however, can't be killed in any way as far as I know, as she disappears from the Capital Wasteland in Broken Steel, and is always essential before that. So we may see her return in a future Fallout game or DLC one day.

On the Arcade part; that's a mistake on the source's website, which makes me doubt pretty much all the other info on there. During Arcade's quest his past is indeed revealed.

I think that place, - if any of the information is the website is correct - , may be a FO1 or FO2 location. Maybe the Hub, or Shady Sands. Is a bit far away though, but who knows.

^I would love to see the above mentioned places. The only problam is, if they put those into a 5-6 hour DLC. It would feel as if so much was left out. I think at that point, it would almost have to be an expantion.

From what I have seen on the Fallout wiki, one DLC is called Lonesome Road. There is a location with this written on a piece of metal next to a big road blocking pile of scraps. Also says 'Courier Six' on it.
Just at a guess, anybody think this 'lonesome road' could lead to the capital wasteland? That would be brilliant! Not sure what the story would be about, but the capital wasteland would be the best dlc ever lol. Hopefully in the next DLC out the location will be one you can go back to, unlike the sierra madre in dead money.

Whilst the Lonesome Road actually does actually lead to DC (provided that it is still US 50) that would be ridiculous, the East Coast is Bethesda's territory, why would there be a DLC over 1500 miles away, why would they go back to something they did only one game ago, why would it be good?

Yeah, I suppose it would be good for people that havent played Fallout 3 and want to see what the area was like. But damn, imagine the bugs it would cause in new vegas. Dead money caused enough as it is.
Pretty sure Honest Hearts will have Ussylis (sp?) in it, says on the wiki, there's idea's of the background story of the courier being featured in Honest Hearts, and a final fight with Ussylis. Anyway, I'm excited for these. Also got Fallout 3 coming tommorow, so should keep me occupied until the next NV DLC is out, maybe it will be late Febuary?

Sorry, not honest hearts, the lonesome road will have ussylis in it or Old Town Blues, but Honest Hearts is apparently gonna have the burned man.
Also, sorry for the additional reply, my computer wont let me edit the post for some reason.
