Welll That Does It For Me I Officially think that fallout new vegas will be the best game i have ever played in my life and heres why.......

Apperentlly New Vegas is in development for four more dlc's in addition to the Three that are already confirmed and dead money which would make it eight dlc's!!!!!

Your Relationship With Ulysess Would Suprise You, One of the dlc's would be in an area that no one would have ever thought to see in a fallout game, and someone from fallout 3 would be in it!!!

Now i dont know about you guys but i cant wait and will be getting all the dlc's because im a hardcoe fallout fan!!!
Thankxx for reading nd please no bashing !!!!

It's just a rumor, you know. If it's true, that's great, but don't get too excited until the details are confirmed.

Hmm.

1. December
2. March
3. May
4. August
5. November
6. December
7. February
8. April

I'd rather have one big expansion during this time^ than 8 arcade games.

I wonder if the game can keep itself fresh long enough for this many DLC's to be worth it.
If the DLC's don't add content to the actual game then it'll get overplayed very easily.

Whoa that is a lot. Seems like an unlikely amount of DLC's though, even if they don't approve of the last two considered (if what it says on the wiki is true, that is). Quite frankly I thought that five DLC's for FO3 were a lot already.

But I love DLC's so I hope it's true =]

Whether or not it's true, either way I think Bethesda may be trying to extend the life of New Vegas as long as possible in order to make the wait for Fallout 4 seem shorter. I don't think we'll be seeing any word on Fallout 4 until late 2013, personally, so it would make sense for Bethesda to want Obsidian to make DLCs for as long as possible.

But I too would rather them focus on making one big expansion instead of putting out a bunch of smaller packs.

More DLC would be great. But I'm not betting on it happening just because the wiki says so. Anybody can edit that thing.

Until I hear it from "the horse's mouth" I won't believe it.

Yes, I hope we see lots more, but let's make use of the ammount of space on the map that is currently not being used. I hate losing my stuff, and I hate losing my followers!

a source "close to Bethesda Softworks" (wiki)

That could be anybody, or nobody!

Maybe Obsidian could produce that many DLCs, although Bethesda said that five were enough for Fallout 3.

Personally, I'd love it to be true - provided there are no more 'stealth' missions like Dead Money ...

Wait...

"According to one video game news blog[2], a source "close to Bethesda Softworks" spoke to journalists on condition of anonymity, saying that four DLC's other than Dead Money were in development as of December 2010, with two others being considered, which if approved would make for a total of eight add-ons for release over the next two years."

Four DLC's OTHER than Dead money were in development as of December 2010, with two others being considered.

1 - Dead Money.
5 - Four others being in development.
7 - with two others being considered.

"would make for a total of eight add-ons for release"

Eight?
I count seven. :ahhh:

I feel ashamed for thinking this, but the idea of 7 or 8 more DLCs just makes me dread more and more bugs. After the latest patch and Dead Money my game is buggier than ever (with my first ever game breaker :sadvaultboy:) , even though I carefully follow the suggestions about saves, quests, etc that have been posted here and on the WIKI.
I should be happy about more content but I'm more worried about the game becoming more broken. Shame, isn't it?

I just hope the ones that are already believed to be released aren't played out like Dead Money.

I'll take all the DLC they can make. 5 is fine, but I sure wouldn't turn down more.

I am taking this with a grain of salt, but I for one hope this mystery personality from Fallout 3 is not 3 Dog. Mostly because I don't see why it would make sense. Perhaps Eden? No... because that would svck too. Also, a location that players never thought they'd never see sounds interesting, though I can't really imagine a place that would surprised players and still be a decent location for a Fallout game. One more thing, I hope the Ulysses story doesn't end up tying the player down to a backstory. If I were playing my whole game with a particular roleplay and then the DLC told me "You came from here, you know Ulysses from here, you had amnesia, lol" I'd be rather pissed.

I think it can be assumed that the four being developed include those 3, because with your logic it would be a possible total of 10 DLCs.

If they do increase it again hopefully they only increase it one more time. I also hope they add a variety of higher leveled creatures to the game too like how they did it in the Broken Steel DLC seeing as your basically invincible at level 35 and nothing is much of a challenge.

So by DLC number 7 we'll be able to go to level 95?
Hardly think so.
