I find the archery kill cams very underwhelming, particularly at short range because you won't even see the arrow in flight. It should only trigger for medium/long range shots. And the worst thing is, I can't disable them, so now I'm sometimes stuck watching a pointless animation of someone keeling over in slow motion.

Is it gonna be for PC only? Or will us console player's get it after testing and what not? The kill cams don't sound as nice as they did at the start.

I've been wanting to turn off cinamtic kills entirely. Having to suffer killcams for archery and magic as well now isn't exactly a 'feature' for me.
I wonder whether old mods to disable finishing moves disable these too.

I for one am psyched about new and additional kill moves. Since the feature is already in there I'm glad they're making an effort to make it more complete instead of leaving it in a half-assed state.

Died 25 times to a whiterun archer and it never triggered, so I think it's safe to assume that they didn't implement it (thank Todd).

This has pretty much ruined archery for me, until a mod undoes it. No more immersive gameplay, picking off enemies at a distance, without being thrown into some lame third-person slow-mo cam constantly.
