A Message To Obsidian Entertainment

Wait what Bethesda didn't make that game........what does that have to do with anything and game isn't even out yet? Where is your time travel car for the nine divine what is happening in this forum ? :P

No, but I think he was referring to the fact that Obsidian made it (Alpha Protocol), and Obsidian is making Fallout: New Vegas. It's not due out until June, though, so I'm curious how he claims he's played it..

Perhaps. I dunno...the gameplay videos I've seen look pretty cool, but you can never tell until you play.

oh I guess you have't heard of games called Doom and Doom 2 then? It's a art style not a limitation.

Funny you mention 'Doom'. I would have thought the effect http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultima_Underworld:_The_Stygian_Abyss game had on the entire game designing industry would be more noteworthy.

lol wow... well whether some people dont like the new fallout or not life goes on except for you hahaha!!! lol

i really dont understand why some people hated fallout 3 i can understand those that are fallout pure players preferred their top down view style gameplay i played fallout one i brought it but unfortunately it wasn't my kind of game, im no fan of top down view games... fallout 3 you can say was an okay game but im sure the way it is right now can bring in more people to the series and i know more people now play fallout 3 and are hyped about fallout NV and what not i showed a couple of friends that were new to fallout series the first fallout game and they really hated it so think what it would have been like to a wide audience if fallout 3 came out just how it was suppose to come out "van Buren" then imagine the number of sales it would have made im not sure it would be too small but it will be average or less than average... fallout NV now is just like fallout 3 except its tweaked with added battle system and better speech but is being made by obsidian who had more experience with the fallout series so im sure they will make it an awesome game and probably with the old fallout games feel to it....

Well playing a tech demo is not playing the game, it would be nearly impossible to get a real sense of what the game is from a ten minute sample, I didn't like FO3 very much until about 6 hours in when I finally started to really figure out how to play it properly, then I couldn't put it down...

There is an ongoing "http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1078699" thread, where many of the comments in this thread could have easily gone. The rest of the comments are some sniping, some spamming, some talk of modding consoles, and some retread remarks from people who have posted similar comments in other threads. Not that productive.
