Hehe,Like when my girlfriend first played skyrim. It was fun.
*oh look a fox! *follows the fox* then she is lost in the forest and dont know where to go x)

Lolz! My girlfriend does that, too, and she's been playing TES longer than I have. Heck, what am I saying? I do that from time to time. :D I'm also guilty of prancing around catching butterflies.
Wait....Did I say prancing?

I still have yet to figure out why your character can use grindstones and work the lumber mill. Is it just an immersion thing or do they plan on doing something with it later....

I just found out after 300 hours that I could look at the maps in the game, the ones with the pins on it, and get my map updated.

Oh, and rotating the world map, that was recently discovered.

And, last noobie thing, using the End and Home keys when in a screen that uses a slider. Like when bartering your arrows, use the Home Key to get quickly to 1 or the End key when you want to rest 24 hours.
Ah, thank you.

Silly Swede, gamers don't have girlfriends. Don't try to pretend so.
Anyway, I was like that when I first loaded up Skyrim too. I just had to jump from that waterfall and swim all the way to the ocean, while grabbing all the colourful fich I saw on the way.
Meh x) okay i take that as a joke.I should just have said a "Friend" instead of girlfriend.
But anyway,A funny story from the first time i played morrowind,i was going to balmora for the first time,But instead i ended up in ghost gate, then a cliff racer killed me easily,i playes as a weak bosmer only using that crappy iron dagger.

I was way further than that into the game before I realized that you could swing a pickaxe manually at an ore vein to mine.

Some can be moved, others are fixed in one position and aren't movable. Just hold down your activate key to try and grab it and see if it's one of the portable ones. Very useful in some caves if you find a few of them to stack them in a passage you know some baddies will have to pass through to get to you.

I told my brother there were cat people in the game (meaning Khajiit, obviously). His first character met an untimely death trying to make friends with a sabre cat. Quite cute, really...

The grindstones are used to improve your weapons, to upgrade them to do more damage. :)

I guess if one only tries, one can find endless of things to move.
My boyfriend has this obsession with moving bandits he's killed around, facing up, preferrably shoulder to shoulder, so that people can identify them when they walk by ^^

I had a friend who didn't know there was a sprint button until she was half way through her first character. I also personally didn't know about the mining thing, will have to check that out thanks!

Thank you! I have over 500 hrs in and I didn't know that. I also didn't know that sprint works with horses.

Sometimes, it is impossible to NOT chase furry little foxes and beautiful butterflies.. I'll admit, I do that too sometimes. I also like to "fish" but not into it much. I want REAL Fishing!
