I hit the level cap too early - needs some change

I don't understand why people keep complaining about this when it is obvious that leveling can't be controlled by the developers but only by one's playstyle. I too explore everything so leveling comes way too fast for my enjoyment so I go to Nexus and download the mod that gives me leveling control from 30% to 300%. What is the problem? Also, infinite lvling would ruin the game for the serious Fallout fans as it would dumb the game from a strategic value. Knowing that you are only going to get x perks and y points means you have to plan a strategy to maximize your character within the framework you are playing. Having 100 of every skill and all the perks wrecks the game with your superman character and to those who want the superman character I have to say you're probably in the minority and won't get this option (I hope not anyway).

Slow leveling mod at Nexus. Get it , Install it, use it, love it.

I'm 115 hours in on my first playthrough and I am on level 19, just about to go to level 20 (playing on very hard + hardcoe + harder hardcoe rates mod).

That is the extreme example of that side. Personally I level once every hour, which I don't think is that fast. But for new vegas it is too fast.
