What do I want brought back from Fallout 3? Nothing- I look forward (hopefully) to a future in which Fallout fans refer to Fallout 3 the way Highlander fans refer to Highlander 2. 
Why this? Fallout 3 was good.

Dogmeat from Fallout 3, in a random encounter. Basically, Dogmeat runs up to you, steals some ammo, chems, or guns, then runs off again.
Get it? Because Dogmeat would disappear for months when you would tell him to find you things in Fallout 3? So maybe he ran all the way to the Mojave?
Meh, I thought it was funny.

The Chinese Assault rifle aka the AK47. Its just a amazing weapon.
I think it was actually a Type-87, but yeah, some more ghetto weapons for Freeside would have been pretty cool.
