:goodjob: No one has even modded it for Fallout 3, but an XP system was modded for Oblivion :shakehead:
Becoming better at lockpicking by shooting a bandit in the head just doesn't make sense, unlike becoming better at archery by shooting enemies with arrows.
It doesn't have to make sense, it just has to work. The XP by doing system only works with restriction ~else you have PC's that hop everywhere, and sneak down the main streets in broad daylight. This form of leveling is something I would definitely not like to see added to Fallout (which never had it to begin with).
*Sigh* If only EA had bought Fallout, it'd be perfect. :whistling:

I've not seen an EA game that I liked, that was not made by an assimilated company. I have never forgiven EA for buying Bullfrog and sending them all to a kind of hell.
