Examples?

Well there was Amy's Choice, although it was the best episode of the series, possibly in the entire new dr who since Russell T.
Spoiler
The Doctor only just explained the about the pshychic pollen stuff right at the end. There were no hints of it in the beginning. But it didnt ruin the story. As for victory of the daleks had no definitive ending, which has been equallly worse as beast below and the time of angels.

Anyone else see todays episode, such a sad ending to it :( And now we know more about the crack in time! For those who aint watched it, youll like the episode, the only thing i didnt like about this story was the humanoid looking silurians, and they didnt explain why they looked human.

PS Van Gogh and an invisible alien next week.

Special effects budget cut? :P

I imagine it is as the audience empathise more with something human looking.

I have no sympathy for crappy aliens, I kept going "Where's the Brig'? Blow them up!". Oh, and as for my suspension of disbelief, that's all the harder when the chief alien is the father from The Queen's Nose.

But the ending was sad. Very unexpected, very abrupt and ended almost as quick. I don't think we're heard the end of that though.

Yeah, I'm expecting to see him in the finale, although it would be very obvious, not unlike the kids' loosing their memories of their father in hook.

Not looking forward to next week's, mainly because it's been a long time since Richard Curtis wrote anything good.
