Heres what pisses me off about this game .. wheres the natur

How can you not feel overwhelmed with everything in the game lol everything is fine the way it is for me. I wish I could share this state of mind with you.
Well, if you've played a few or more TES games, the number of spells is relatively low in Skyrim. The runes were fun additions. I wish they had been able to implement the first magic system they described, rather than having to have a list of twenty some favorites.

No, but what everyone else is talking about is a valid discussion. The issue: whether it's feasible to have a new set of spells pop into the game. I think it's okay as long as some Kynareth backstory supports it. I don't think a divine contributing spells is so crazy. Valid discussion. For those who don't think it's worth a thread, why post? Is it against forum rules to post just to say a thread is worthless?

You do understand that the title of the thread is

"Heres what pisses me off about this game .. wheres the nature spells?"

What a moroon. The fact he is "pissed off" because there are no nature spells is enough for me to call this thread a waste of space. There are no "nature spells" in TES.

There is a mod, which I linked would add what he wants and if I get the "oh noes I only have a console" then I would have to conclude there is delusion and stupidity involved as well.

The thing is I do not compare games to each other, they are uniquely there own. Once an indivdual starts to compare is when they start to expect from the lack of such.

I think it's inappropriate to attack the OP with insults, regardless of the maturity withheld from his initial post or thread title. Why stoop?

The majority of TES fans don't play on PC, so while mods are great for the minority, they don't solve issues for most. I agree that there's no reason for the OP to be "angry." But the addition of nature spells is still a legit discussion regardless of individuals who are breaking rules (not just the OP).

I can't help compare games from a series. I love Skyrim, but it's not overwhelming. If Skyrim were overwhelming, previous TES games would have been near unplayable, right?

I've played Morrowind/Oblivion, none of which are comparable to skyrim or themself, your take on my comment and the one before of not comparing?

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm saying I can't help compare them is all. Without comparing them directly, I don't think Skyrim is overwhelming. It does a great job of easing the player into it, especially considering how much there is to do.

I do. I am not a member of the "entitlement society" and if some one says ridiculous or stupid things I will call them on it. How else will they learn?

You know, Kynareth is probably the best explanation, I don't really see the problem with a divine granting mortals some more spells. If they can find a good reason for it that is.

Right. As long as it doesn't feel shoehorned, I'm all for adding spells or weapons (though I draw the line at guns..it has to maintain TES feel).

Well the series do need new (or old) spells and weapons, I usually play as a warrior, but being a mage in skyrim is kind of boring.

As I have not read every book in the game, I must observe that in Skyrim, there isn't much nature...we have arctic conditions in the north, tundra in the middle, and then it gets green. High Rock does not seem to be nature-full, where the Breton originates. The Altmer disdain the Bosmer, so it would not be a stretch to say they disdain nature as well and not develop natural magic. The Bosmer would be the best choice. A Nord's nature magic would probably onsist of those cold-related spells already in the game: Frostbite, Ice Spike, and the like. Redguard are right out, Orismer are not magical, but more shamanist.
Nature magic tends to be a primitive aspect of a less developed society, the human races, aside from the Foresworn, I think would disdain that heritage enough to allow those rituals to pass into history. The FOrsworn might be a good fit to develop a primitive magic...

Still, Kynareth's gift is the Thu'um...

So, nature=forest? I'd say that tundra and the arctic are nature ;P
