That link doesn't mention anything about PSN or even PS3. In fact, it sounds more like it's referring to just the Xbox. Why in the hell did you post it here?

there are 2 feaatures i know of, automatic downloads and cloud storage. should those be free? probably, but not plus. its basically a rental service you get free games, avatars, themes, and once in a blue moon dlc. the games you get for free are only good if your subscribed, but the rest is yours. theres also betas that it gets you into sometimes, you also get lots of discounts. oh yea, and "early acess" to demos and games sometimes, which is really stupid.

so no, it shouldnt be free.

Well, it looks like the original plan ended up being true. Unless the Store goes up after the 31st (which I REALLY hope it won't).

Not that big of a surprise Sony didn't say anything official, hopefully it'll be up the 31st thats not to far off.
