"I can only tell you tales of how to make Daedric armor. I have never seen it myself, nor do I know anyone that has. The stories say that it should always be worked on at night... ideally under a new or full moon, and never during an eclipse. A red harvest moon is best. Ebony is the principle material, but at the right moment a daedra heart must be thrown into the fire."
And in the game it is spam a whole bunch iron daggers and take a perk, do it whenever you like

I hear in Daggerfall the daedric items would eventually break and release the daedra in them. That would of course be mighty pissed off and try to kill the first thing it sees. Namely, you

How is daedric armour made then, do daedric princes pull it out of their collective backsides, or is it ebony armour infused with the heart of a daedra?
How daedra make daedric items is unknow, and even if it was i doubt it would be doable by mortals. Mortal smiths can emulate it with daedra hearts, but i've always thought it is a lesser than what the daedra themselves can do. Except in Skyrim, where the player can outcraft daedric princes without breaking a sweat
