My Archery is really low and weak so all my shots would be from range anyway and I'm not usu discovered from a distance.

I wonder if this could be used in towns in conjunction with a fear/frenzy spell? Cast Frenzy with off hand then immediately duck and cut. I'd LIKE to think you wouldn't get a bounty for that.

I suppose the more apt question is this: can you cast fury on someone and then kill them without gaining bounty?

Ooooo, I wonder. :o I don't usu kill NPCs for the hell of it, but now I'm definitely curious. :P

I was reading another thread where someone was complaining about how you had to kill most of your marks in the Dark Brotherhood questline in plain sight, thus accruing a rather sizable bounty in the process. It occurred to me that your ingenious little exploit might be just what the doctor ordered, the only problem being it only works on hostile enemies...of course that is where fury could enter the picture.

Yes, you most definitely can. Using the fury method makes the DB in town assassinations very easy. It must be cast when you are undetected.

Nice. So crouch once for the Shadow Warrior enhanced casting of Fury, then crouch a second time for that animation we all love so well. I will have to test this, to be sure.

Well, shadow warrior can be used, if it isn't glitchy or falls off instantly when you cast. Easier just to get in a corner and go undetected and cast. Or of course invisibility first means the cast will never be detected.
