I'm sick of being invisible!

Wrong, if someone shoot at you, you ll follow the noise of the cord and not the arrow impact.
This is as dumb at starring at a bullet hole in a firefight to try t see the shooter.

If someone is shotting at you with whatever weapon, you dont wander dumbly, YOU TAKE COVER!
This is one more crappy feature (AI) of this game.

Cover works only if they mostly have the means to retaliate via ranged means and break their cover. Else it becomes a boring waiting game against a computer with infinite patience. This if done to extreme (as melee AI) makes an archer unplayable. Hence melee opponents rush you.

In ranged vs ranged, they do strafe and keep their distrance. Combined with low projectile speed in skyrim, need to take stop and take aim, and slow rate of fire, an archer has a fairly hard time if he should be without the element of surprise.

When I stand in front of someone in clear lights there is simply no way to hide my body besides by becoming camouflaged (which can only be achieved by someone who uses a invisibility spell, or wears something camouflaging (but we all know that those two have nothing to do with sneaking)... no-one can hide his body purely by his skills to move unnoticed (sneak). That's all just pure logic and if people can't see that I'm really wondering how their mind works xD

@Rainshine. I'm on the XBOX so mods don't work (praying they'll come to the xbox)

Well I have 100 sneak and I am still detected in broad daylight situations or in lighted dungeons from time to time.

Sorry, but I am afraid you are overeggerating the issue. IMHO sneak is not broken and/or overpowered. I do however agree that the AI should be a little bit more attentive in seeking out the offender, but that is not an issue with sneak, but with the NPC AI. Two different issues IMHO.
