Skyrim DLC Discussion [may contain spoilers]

Spoiler

Thieves' Guild: Tracking down and reclaiming all the gold/jewels/plans that Mercer Frey made off with. You could then do the missions that Gallus had planned before he died. I'd also like to see something that leads to the Guild breaking away from Maven's influence and becoming its own thing.

College of Winterhold: Something involving the Psijic Order and perhaps the Synod. Lots of stuff there left unfinished that I'd like to see play out more.

Dark Brotherhood: Expanding the Dark Brotherhood's members and more contracts. Can't really think of a new storyline at the moment, especially not one that would be better than the original.

Companions: I'd like to see something around the lines of the Companions going to war with the Falmer to try and finish off what they started millennia ago.

^ this would be good.
Here are some more ideas
Spoiler

Dark Brotherhood: Amaund Motierre comes back (or another member ofthe elder council if you killed him) comes with some contracts to kill high ranking members of the thalmor visiting skyrim.

Vigilents of Stendarr: would act as an opposition to Daedric quests and would raid cults of each Daedra

you could revisit the Imperial city only this time the city and the island it is on would be much larger because tullius gets called to the city for something or ulfric is called to the city for a peace treaty and while you the thalmor try to kill you so you try to get rid of the thalmor in the city.

The thalmor could also have a fort you can clear close to the city

Dimensionator
Thugs are send after you one day but with your great dragonborn powers, you defeated them with ease. From one of the notes, you find out that they were send by a wizard named Kyras. He hopes to kill you, the dragonborn because you are the only possible threat to him and his plan. He has mastered the power of time and space, ripping apart dimensions and time. The Greybeards tries to stop him but are all destroyed so its up to you now.
Master the new Overcharge shout and discover your hidden dragon powers, only than would you be able to stand a chance against this powerful wizard. After using your hidden dragon powrrs to hurt the wizard, he fuses with the rift, becoming a powerful Void Monster. The only way to stop him is to use your overcharge shout, combining all your other shouts into the ultimate shout to wipe the void monster out of existence. For your reward, you get the dimensionator, a powerful artifact that allows you to teleport anywhere on skyrim.

Eye of Oblivion
A powerful witch has resurrected Werewolf Prime from wood hunters and also gave him extra power. You must get all the pieces to form the silver dragon sword and stop werewolf prime reborn. After a long battle, you defeated him but before you land the final blow, the witch kills him and steals his immortal power. You are forced to retreat and seek help from a powerful wizard at the college of winterhold. The witch seeks to summon mehrunes dagon into skyrim and you and your ally must stop her. When you arrived, it is already too late and the witch tries to steal dagon's power but he is too powerful and destroys the witch with his mighty axe. His goal now is to destroy skyrim and he is too powerful for the dragonborn to stop, all is not lost however, the armies of skyrim and all the wizards from the college has come to help you, together you might just stand a chance. The reward for this dlc is Dagon's Razaor, a artifact that does splash death damage.

He fuses with the rift? Like, the whole hold? A monster that big might be too much even for the dragonborn.

Thats where the Overcharge shout comes into play, it combines all your other shouts into a godlike shout. And the rift for this dlc won't be too huge, about the size of a few houses.

Will it be something like the rift monster from Borderlands?

Wow, Atmora? Is that it? Lame!

"The surfaced rumors of Skyrim's downloadable content is officially confirmed to hold some truth. 'Dawnguard' will feature new npc's and creatures, as well as quests that shall embark the player to places such as Atmora and Vivec City."

Link doesn't work. Source questionable, confirmation negligable

(Also it's not April 1 yet in my time zone :P)

Not my type of thing. It seems too mundane. Though the images look nice. It has a small field where there NPC Bosmer/Altmer holding what seems to be a crossbow, but I can't tell for sure.

I know it's april fools but atmora makes sense for the dlc I'm not getting my hopes up but I think atmora will be a expansion but not the first expansion I believe the first expansion will mix things up a little

What's not to like about a frozen wasteland? Also, I have a feeling that this DLC might be a hoax but I'm keeping an open mind about it.

I sort of doubt it. To me, that screenshot looks like Skyrim with a weapon mod and possibly some textures. I believe (and indeed, hope) that they'll stay on the continent of Tamriel until they've explored all provinces. Other realms and such are fine, but not another continent on the planet of Nirn.

That's Skyrim, dude, not Atmora. That's the lake inbetween Helgen and Falkreath, I think, the mountain range looks familiar.

I would hope that the long awaited DLC would be some place that didn't look exactly like Skyrim.

Am I the only one who notices a similarity between 'April Fools' and 'Aprahel Foolsa'?

And the last one they showed. New landscape and a completely new armor. There is no way in hell this is a mod or fake.
