I like it but yeah its just concept art. After all the imperial armor in the concept art has a cape and we all know thats not making it into the final game :P

oh ok.

take the pointed tip off the helmet and replace the "skirt" with pants of the same material and that armor will look pretty B.A. imo

it's okay. i just didn't expect it to look like Caeser's legion armor
Who said that this is the armor? Its just concept art. I'm pretty sure the Dark Brotherhood armor also has some variations, I don't see why other armors can't.

Its kinda plain, but I like the style, I would think that a "rebel faction" would suit more of an orange colour though, blue never seems very "rebelish" But like I said, I think its nice, cant wait to wear it myself :3

Looks fantastic to me. In seeing those helmets in the videos though I'm wondering how beast races will wear them. Closed helmets in Oblivion solved this problem by taking both the hair and head slot. But---and I may be wrong---I could swear in the videos it looks like eyes behind those helmets, indicating only the hair slot is being taken.

I don't think they "take" either slot seeing as how in all videos the dovahkiin's hair is visible in the back even though he's wearing a helmet...

Looks ok to me. Oddly enough unlike most I think the helmet is the best part.

More reason to join the Empire. Not only are they the most powerful but they've got good fashion sense.

It's http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs28/f/2008/135/d/e/Zora_Armor_Link_by_RikusWorld.jpg from Zelda: Twilight Princess!
Awesome armor looks awesome. Was counting on for it to be a Dark Brotherhood copy-paste.

No idea how accurate that is but the article claims the Scots picked up kilt wearing from Norse settlers.

Don't really know where you see a skirt/kilt, it looks to me like a blue surcoat over long mail and leather (possibly padded) armor.

I also believe the necklace he is wearing is an Amulet of Talos http://www.flickr.com/photos/47857688@N08/6286089851/in/photostream which suggests the rebels are indeed fighting for Talos in some manner. I am still joining up with the Imperials though.
