Replace the helmet with a red bandana and it looks like the main character of Dragon Quest VIII. Which is awesome.

All the concept art is just that- concept. Some of it is initial impression, some of it is from refined ideas after lengthy discussion. All of it is gorgeous.

Looks fantastic to me. In seeing those helmets in the videos though I'm wondering how beast races will wear them. Closed helmets in Oblivion solved this problem by taking both the hair and head slot. But---and I may be wrong---I could swear in the videos it looks like eyes behind those helmets, indicating only the hair slot is being taken.

It's also just concept art. I think the idea and general concept is good, and from what I've seen of the Stormcloaks so far it seems to work.

I think it looks nice, and fitting. I mean, it's got a cloak-ish thing on it that looks like it might've been worn through a few too many storms.
