Tuesday 19. 2010

- Get off work at 6 pm
- Find the nearest Gamestop, Walmart, Best Buy, on my way home and pick up a copy
- Start the Installation
- Brew Coffee while game installing
- Play game for 3 hours
- Drive to store a pick up a Six Pack/ Twelve Pack
- Play until I fall out of my chair and passout (I had alot of vacation time, so I went and a request the day after release day until the following Monday off)

Yea i know, every time i read his post i get depressed. He needs to stop being such a mop... yes mop.
I believe he really is excited, he just is hiding it incase he dont like game. (But you will)
If he thought he wouldnt like game he wouldnt have got CE and Pre-ordered and be on this forum.

Well I go to tech school and games never come out on the weekend :swear: and I have skipped to many days already so I figure when I get home from school Monday I will go to bed until the midnight launch then stay up all night playing and go to school, It will be the slowest school day ever,I know it will!!!!!

1. Wake up around 11am (No work next week!!)
2. Have a coffee
3. Wait for the post/delivery man to bring me my game.
4. Sort stuff out around the house and anything I have to do elsewhere
5. 5pm I will probably begin playing.
6. Intake a massive amount of energy drinks and caffeine
7. Play till I pass out :gun:

1) Wake up at 6:00 A.M
2) Eat breakfast (after taking shower)
3) Go to school
4) Go home and jump in car
5) Drive to gamestop
6) Rush in to the counter
7) Ask, "Is my game in! Fallout New Vegas!"
8) They will look in manefest and say, "sorry kid, we just didnt get that shipment yet"
9) I will walk out sad
10) Then i will see a guy walk in holding a box
11) After reaching home gamestop will email me that it is in
12) I will tear at my eyes
13) Go BACK to gamestop and pick it up
14) Get home and race to my room
15) Pop it into my ps3 and install it
16) Play all night and go to bed at 1:00
17) Repeat steps 1-3
18) Fall asleep in school for staying up so late!
19) Get home and repeat step 16
20) Repeat steps 1-3 again
22) Repeat step 16
23) Repeat steps 1-3
24) Invite friend over to play
25) Stay up till 12:00 P.M next morning

Quite as usual, I would presume.

i will probably kill someone in school or just wont go ;D and if i cant get it i wont sleep untill i get it and then i wont sleep eat and other things untill i've done 100% out of it

Luckily thursdays are my days off college, and as I get games a day early when I pre-order, I'll be playing it all damn day. As I won't have to wait till the friday to get it.

Oh its gonna be good.

1- Wake up.
2- Go to School (bleh)
3- Go home
4- Wait to get a lift to go to EB Games
5- Pray that I can still have a copy even if I didn't pre-order
6- Go back home
7- Probable homeworks to do.
8- Play the game

Great, everyones doing a nice detailed one.. Fine.

7. Once I have the game, rip open the package, open the case.. and then smell the booklet.. (Come on, who doesnt like that smell?)
8. Install the disk

4. Install.

• 10-18-10 @ 2345 hours: Arrive at Gamestop and pay for reserved copy
  
• 10-19-10 @ 0001 hours: Run out the door with FO:NV and collectors guide
  
• 10-19-10 @ 0015 hours: Arrive at home and instal game
  
• 10-19-10 @ 0030 hours: Play for approx 42 hours straight :fallout: with short sleep/food breaks until 10-22-10 @ 0600 hours when I have to return to my job.

The preorder is addressed to my dad in Kansas, so he'll have to send it to me in the mail. A package from Kansas to North Carolina usually takes a few days, so I'll probably have it by Friday next week. I WILL spend every moment of my freetime until Christmas playing.

Friday 22nd Of October 2010:

1) wake up at 7:00am
2) Get ready for college
3) Catch bus to college at 8:15
4) Leave college at 10:30 on fridays - woo
5) Not really woo, since im 16 and NV is an 18
6) Text my brother or find random stranger willing to buy for me
8) Enroll myself into another 100hours of fallout.

go to school
go home wait for dad to give my money
go to gamestop
play for 3 hrs
go to sleep
yeah school svcks T-T

monday: school
tuesday: school
wednesday: school
thursday: school/or midnight release not sure
friday: most likely stay at home and play the game or play right after school
all weekend fallout new vegas
(i am still pretty pissed because of the europe release)

I'll be at the midnight release to pick up my Collector's Edition after I get off work around 9:30PM, then go home and play it until I pass out - as I've taken the 19th off from work.

I'll be at work that night. Come home on my lunch break, start the steam download, take a poop, go back to work. Clock back in and then the night will drag by because I'll be thinking about New Vegas for the next 4 hours.

I will get out of my drudge 12 hour temp shift at Magna Seating at 5 O'Clock, I will drive like a nuclear blast is behind me to Macomb Mall, I will claim my paid-up, pre-ordered precious, inhale my dinner while playing it, and not stop until I shower for work and go to bed. Then I will go to work the next day and jones for FONV like Tyrone Biggums craves crack. (Scratch-scratch)

10AM: Wake up and go down the shop to get some supplies.

10:30AM Postman should have been and I should have the game.

I have all week off so thats Fallout all week. But realistically I will probably get hit by a bus on the way down to the shop.

Well considering I'll be getting Fallout New Vegas on the 19th my day is going to be pretty frickin' good. :tops:
