the biggest problem but the most used excuse is that dungeons are suppose to be massive huge in scope but with the sprint and whirlwind shout it's just not enough ground to cover in just one day
That spider cave. I walked into it thinking oh those spider eggs out front dont mean anything then the next thing you know nothing but spiders I couldn't even bring my self to finish that cave. So i quickly ran out as fast as i can
Many people will disagree with you (advance warning!), but I find Blackreach a little too claustrophobic... I prefer the fresh air to hunt as a werewolf, not a stinking abyss filled with hunched-over, blind goblin creatures.
None of them are so disgusting and gross to me like the Maggot Lair in Diablo II is, so I can't say I don't want to make more than one trip through any of the dungeons in Skyrim. They don't have giant maggots trying to kill me, for one.
Shimmermist Grove or something. Falmer cave in Whiterun Hold. A buddy and I were both doing the Companions around the same time. He got sent to a measly bandit camp, I got sent to a Falmer cave with a Falmer Gloomlurker AND a Dwarven Centurion. I was only level 8 or something.
I hate to say it, but Blackreach. It's absolutely beautiful, but it took forever to get through. I found all the nirnroot, so I've spent enough time there. I was glad to be out. But I really don't go to any place I've already cleared.

Probably; to each their own. I just remember there was this one quest where you had to collect a bunch of red nirnroot, and after completing that quest I had my fill of Blackreach.
Forelhost I think or something like that was terribly long, I spent like 2 hours in there on a speed run on master trying to kill the doucher of a dragon priest at the end
