It would certainly be nice if I was to get it on the day it was supposed to have been released. It's almost the 18th here (10:30pm to be exact) and there's not even the slightest hint of the existence of HH on steam.

I remember that too. At this point for me though, I have to go to school very soon, so I wouldn't be playing if it released now anyway. As long as it's ready to go by 3 this afternoon Mountain time . . .
Steam appears to be weird in a number of ways. For instance, Civilization V has quite a bit of downloadable content, yet in my Library page there isn't even a DLC link. I have to search for Civ 5 to find it.
I may be being alittle tired, and grouchy.. but it kind of pisses me off that Xbox people can play a DLC this morning that PC people can't.. when the history of this entire game is PC based. I feel we should have been first in line or atleast along side. but maybe Xbox had bigger sales so they get it and we get it whenever..and yes i want some cheese with my whine.
maybe the dlcs broken on pc and its been delayed..... im so mean
Gstaff's a Bethesda employee who doesn't seem to know why it isn't released and they wouldn't acknowledge the release the day before and then delay it right afterward. If so, there might be some incompetence floating around.
It seems there are problems with having more than one pre-order pack installed. At least thats what I get from reading the XBox threads from people who already have the HH DLC. So they (Obsidian/Bethesda), may be delaying the pc dlc untill they fix that.
It's been for a few hours already. It's the *real* version we're waiting for here (PC) :sadvaultboy:
Think of it this way, the xbox people get to playtest it and find all bugs :brokencomputer: so Obsidian/Bethesda can fix it for us PC people. lol :user:
