I'd like The Elder Scrolls and Mount & Blade to have a lovechild, and name it Prudence. What a glorious RPG Prudence would be.

Knights of the Elder Scrolls. KotOR and TES, would be an open ended TES style RPG in the Starwars Universe, single player.

Not sure if it counts as an RPG, but Splinter Cell and TES?

Fisher (trying to slip into the castle via an air duct): Damn telepathic guards!

I for one would love a Bethesdian take on Battleech so...

Elder Mechwarrior
or
Scrolls of Battletech

A new iteration of Hexen would be nice, a much overlooked franchise considered to be Doom with swords. If Id treated it with the love and respect they did with Rage and throw in some free roam mechanics it could be the rebirth of a wonderfull game series that no one seemed to care about. But personally there will be so much to do in Skyrim, would you really care about anything else?.

yeah, the Heretic/Hexen franchise was-is a good one

But just some other things to throw into the mix.....

Hit Scrolls: Blood Septims

Mega Elder X: The Dwarven Mavericks

Pokescrolls: Glass and Ebony

Naruvivec: Ultimate Ninja 3

TES: Budakai Tenkachi

Grand Theft Auto: Tamriel .. hehe, stealing carriages. :)

Ok so it's not my favorite game or an RPG, but that would be hilarious. "Don't make me get medieval on you!"

I actually love the old Faxanadu series on the NES. I think it would make a fabulous TES-esque setting.

I always thought a combination of TES games with "Heroes of Might and Magic" games would be really interesting.

Consider that you could gradually accumulate a small army by your side, and when you encountered another group of NPCs/monsters, they either attacked you and you looted the corpses, or they decided to avoid the fight and if you had enough "Speechcraft" skill, you could negotiate with them and recruit some of their forces, and go on to another battle.

You could conquer enemy castles and make your bases there and start to manage the castle and the county around it to make profit to be able to recruit even more army and/or smiths, miners or farmers and so on...

I have thought about the concept a lot and I think that if a developer tries to make a living 3d world that is combined of TES series and Heroes series, it can become a great game.

The ultimate RPG would be a the love child og TES and New World Computing's Might and Magic.

Basically TES, but with a party of four instead of one hero. But instead of controlling all the heroes by yourself, you would controll one hero, and you could play the whole game coop with three or four friends.

God I miss M&M 6&7 and HOMM 3 now. Those were my childhood games. Why would you do this to me? I never played 8 but I hear the world got blown the hell up or something. Basically...the old world svcks so here is a new [censored]tier version. Enjoy HOMM 4-6 and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic...FML. It would be a dream to see that series redone with Skyrim-esque graphics and a realized world. HoMM 6 is...meh better than 4 and 5 methinks though it still feels like it is in the friggin beta stage.

Heroes of Might and Magic series. The ones with Archangel units. Would love to play as winged Archangel for a change. :)

They had a first person view of that series. It was called the Might and Magic series. 10 games long I think.

Would be fantastic but what would the Units be? That is my biggest concern. Don't see how it would pan out unless they are all humanoid units which would svck.

I do love the fact that Might and Magic got mentioned multiple times though. Makes me nostalgic lol.

Might and Magic aside I think one of the best game combos would have to be a TES game with some aspects of interactivity with objects and puzzles like Zelda has. Fun mini-games to do as well. Use my sword as a primitive lawnmower....

KOTOR, it would either be the greatest game of all time or a complete mess.

There is a "grown up, non cartoon version" of World of Warcraft.
Its called World of Warcraft.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyeZ8khSEC0&feature=results_video&playnext=1&list=PLA39DD8885E727017

What I want is a game in the World of Darkness universe, with an open world like Morrowind, the quality of story, dialogue, characters and sidequests of VtM - Bloodlines and the Disciplines of VtM - Redemption.

That's technically a RPG threesome, but whatever.

Any Bethesda and Bioware combo would do.

Ah yes, I can see it already! The marvellous storytelling and incredible dialogue of Bethesda games, combined with the intense, action-packed gameplay of Dragon Age 2!

Lol. You know this isn't what I really meant. It's my fault though, I should've said ALMOST any Bethesda and Bioware combination.

Well, its not really an RPG (more an action game), but Diablo II did get a cameo in Oblivion. The planes of Oblivion definitely had certain elements of DII. Mehrunes Dagon stomping around the Imperial City too (like a giant Diablo).

OMG! Five years of posting drivel and I finally hit Patriarch! I need a life.

****. That's a game I haven't heard of in a while. Must have forgot my mantra. (I swear that was an O and not a zero.)

Anyways I would have to say Phantasy Star series + Elder Scroll series would make for a interesting game.
