What is the point of feeding then?

And why would it be horrible? I think having glowing eyes would be totally cool.
Me too.

I like glowing eyes but im not a fan of the ones in the trailer.

In my mind vampires have glowing red eyes and werewolves have yellow ones.

Meh, I'm on the fence. I originally hated it, but it was so awesome that one time I had to sneak into Falkreath to feed.

WHAT? Glowing eyes? Laaame. I'm gonna miss my cool red-streaked, gold eyes. I'm gonna miss them a lot.
That is just immensely disappointing.

But, I agree that they shouldn't have gotten rid of being attacked at fourth stage, some of the most fun I've had in the game was being chased out of towns by angry mobs, or having to sneak into my house in Markarth to feed on my wife.
And with combat feeding, & blood vials, it's going to be literally almost effortless to keep yourself out of fourth stage. So, I don't see the point in adding those features, if you're removing the penalty they were supposed to cushion.

Your just someone who doesn't like a challenge....or someone who wants all the vampire benefits without the downsides. Let me guess, your also someone who wouldn't want people attacking you just because your a werewolf who has happened to change into beast form right in front of them.

That is one of the downsides to being a werewolf....and if your someone who likes being in werewolf form many times you have to deal with that challenge.

Also, man up. If you don't want people to attack you, don't be stage-4. It's not hard keeping track on what stage your at, and it's easy to feed.
Haha Me? Man up? Aren't you the one with this whining thread? Still there's no need to be bitter. Like I said I never had a reason to be a vampire. I never turned werewolf in front of friendlies because that's not what I would do.

If I wanted a challenge I won't be looking for it in this game, it's too easy. If I want to play good challenging game I'd play a game like Dark Souls or some puzzle game with friends.

I play Skyrim to relax and role-play because it's a role-playing game. I want to be a vampire that isn't attacked on sight, like many others and they gave it to us. I don't want to play as an evil vampire so now I can play as one and be a good one and be accepted. This game is about story telling it's not really about difficulty.

I am for glowy eyes, It's just a matter of opinion. Although I do find it funny that as a stage 4 Vampire I am hated and chased out of every single town, give me glowy eyes, and nobody messes with me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXH5AJ8rvxo?

My female night elf vampire, has creepy eyes, and they sure look creepier then these new eyes they are giving us. Add that to the whole taking away people being hostile to you at stage-4, and im starting to get nervous.

Do the creators know that some people enjoy being stage 4 while others are hostile to you (after all, it is very hard to become stage 4 on accident)? I like it because i have to focus more on sneaking (and therefore i get more training in sneaking that way) as well as illusion, its a challenge to buy supplies because not every NPC i encounter is someone i have completed a quest for (they don't attack you if you do a quest for them). It's cool to run into a building, cast calm, and buy your stuff, and then run out.

It takes skill to go around a city/town in broad daylight at stage-4, gathering supplies, doing quests, all the while trying to avoid being attacked.

I shouldn't have to be forced to be a vampire lord to have the same effect as the original stage-4.

So even if i don't download dawnguard....would the new vampire eyes be added by a typical xbox live update?

Maybe there is an option to keep the old ones.

I'm indifferent about the eyes, seriously not being attacked after stage four? Don't you vamp players have the option of feeding normally now(without the victim sleeping)?

This wasn't necessary.

I didn't know that there was just one type of current vampire eyes. I thought it depended on the species....maybe i just wasn't paying attention.

Agreed. Even without this new feeding option, it was always easy to be able to feed, even on stage 4.

I'm pretty sure it does. Those look like the Nord eyes to me, because that's not what my Altmer, Breton, or Argonian vampire's eyes look like.

Wouldn't these new vampire eyes scream "I'M A VAMPIRE" more so then the original ones?
