I'll assume the answer is yes! =P
I will also assume I woke up around Helgen....
-----------
My first act would be to make my way to Riverwood, there, being a naturally strong orc, perform manual labor for a living. Once I've saved up enough I would start to purchase a few spell tomes from the general goods store, aswell as practicing Alchemy on the side. Once I've saved up enough money, and gotten a hang of the basics, I would purchase robes, and at last travel to Winterhold. There I would seek training from the court wizard, while I resided in the local inn. After several weeks, or months, I would become a Novice. Then I would make my way to Windhelm, to learn from yetanother court wizard, and eventually try to help the Dunmer of the city help themselves. Eventually I would reach the level of Apprentice and take my training into my own hands.
After having adventured, cautiously, I would learn my way around Skyrim. Next I would begin enchanting things for a living, so that I can further my training. After reaching the level of an Adept mage I would try and convince the Dunmer to leave Windhelm, starting a colony, if you will. There most Dunmer who feel out of place would flock to that small haven. Then after I feel they could sustain themselves, I would move on. By this point I would be around my thirties, and wish to settle down. I would give one attempt to try and get the Orc Strongholds to combine, becoming a small colony. From there I would find myself a nice Breton woman, moving to Riften to combat the thieves guild. There I would probably stay, training my skills, collecting books, and help with the orphanage. In my fifties I would leave Skyrim for High Rock where i would live out my days with my wife and the adoptive children we took on in Riften. Training them in magic and history.
At last I would pass, leaving behind my wife and children. My children, both Nords, pursue different life styles. One becoming a mage and the other a blacksmith. My son the mage would travel, passing on his knowledge, as his father did, but with students at the College. The blacksmith would marry, and take care of his mother in his Father's absence, instilling in his children the principles I instilled in him. Both leading happy lives.
That, or I'd die to a bear on my way to Riverwood! =D
