As such, my choice of accomodation depends on the character, I play. It is likely to go from a 2 sq meter dump to a smallish mansion.
Some little dump I have to pay rent on in the poorest part of New Vegas. Not a fan of the high life.
I usually prefer the small houses as well. If you can cram a bed, a toilet and 5-6 containers into it, it is big enough for me. I just don't care about big halls or mansions.
Ability to just lay claim to anyone's house you want. Although the neighbors might not appreciate it, it's how it would work in reality. Being able to hire/enslave servants/followers would also be rather nice, so long as they do something other than just stand around eating your food.
I would like that! What I really would like is the ability to clean up a house (remove static trash) and add some extra furniture (if needed) to make my new house into home. A convenient way of placing items in the world would be nice as well (the grab key just isn't good enough).
I loved the Sniper Shack in Fallout 3 I even cleared everything up inside so I want something like that, perched on top of a cliff face maybe with like a balcony where I can overlook the wastes sniping anyone I feel like
The only thing it really lacks is a map marker

If modding is possible, then I'll do what I did for Fallout 3. Build my own house. I used a run down shack outside springvale (Can be found in my sig for any homeless wastelanders). I think I captured the wasteland scavenger feel pretty well with it, and that's what I want in NV as well.
GECK comes on the DVD :celebration:
