Didnt know wether to put this in this part of the forum or the fallout universe part, but oh well.

So which ending do you think Bethesda will make Canon for future Fallout games.

The NCR ending
The Caesars legion ending
The Mr house ending
The independent Vegas ending (Yes man ending)

Chances are, the NCR. However, I'd love it if they did a uturn and decide to go with Caesar's Legion. Sometimes I want the other guys to win.

I would like Yes Man or the Legion. House's is pretty cool as well. And I like the NCR's too. I don't have much love for the NCR, but I like their ending just because of Cass' ending.

i want it to be the legion ending but it will most likely be NCR i have hated them so much since fallout 2 and the legion got so little quest and such in new vegas they need a chance to shine

What I'd like: Legion. Cause it would be nice with a protagonist that was obviously tended to the gray scale.
What I expect: NCR, why just just beat this dead horse some more.
What I'd hate: Yes Man, anarchy? Again? No thanks.

Probably NCR but hopefully Mr. house.

Could always pull a BioWare and import the last save to help shape the back story in the next fallout game.

Not NCR. Not Legion. I'd like both of them to dwindle, personally.


I seriously doubt it will be NCR though, they are powerful enough of a force as it is and for them to successfully gain more power would be annoying.

I hope it's House, because it would make the ongoing story more interesting. Plus, best thing for the NCR (I like the people, hate the leaders) is to get out of the Mojave.

What I want: Mr. house
What I expect: Mr. House, he has the most 'peaceful' ending out of all of them (NCR don't have to die, Legion don't have to die, and the economic zone is set up)
What I'd hate: Yes Man, the courior would screw everyone over, good intentions or no.

i think the ncr ending, house would be cool but i doubt it, and i can't see ceaser's legion ending being canon because it is the bad ending, and if they make another fallout they probably want a different antagonist for the ncr to fight

As much as I don't care for the Legion represented in NV, I think they have the most potential for an interesting storyline for future fallouts in how they shape, both themselves and the wasteland. The aftermath of the brutal Caesar's Legion and more interestingly what they'll become post Caesar under the monstrous Legate makes for a good catalyst for change.

I'd imagine Lanius might not care so much for Caesar's ideals once he's in control and seems like he'll fracture the Legion himself going on the whole plot line of being able to talk him into mistrusting his own soldiers.

My hope is they'll move on from the Roman Empire thing and turn into something much more unique.

Yes Man, cuz its non-biased. And Yes-Man said he was getting an upgrade to be more assertive.

I'd prefer NCR, but I'll settle for Yes Man. I just want the BoS to survive.

What I want: Mr. House
What I expect: Mr. House, NCR gets the punch in the nose it deserves so that they reconsider their position and possibly start defending NCRs land instead of stretching thin, and those idiot Oliver and Kimball are disgraced and thrown out of both their offices. The Legion might likely learn the same lesson, perhaps becoming a little more nicer (One can dream xD) and Vegas will soon begin to spead into it's region, bringing law, order, and functioning power to the surrounding region.
What I'd Hate: Anything else, NCR keeps it's warhawks in power, furthering NCR's collapse, Ceasars Legion because slavery will doom mankind, Yes Man because I can't trust a computer to run things anymore. *cough* Matrix and Eden *cough*

why does everyone think NCRs ending is going to be cannon? The NCR is the faction that's really unstable, and if Victor had never dug up the Courier, I think we can assume that the NCR would lose thousands of soldiers at the Battle of Hoover Dam, simply because Kimball was too proud to actuallygive up where he should.

What I expect: House/Yes Man
What I hope: House, because I think that letting Mr. House rule over New Vegas will result in a more interesting story then letting Oliver dike or Caesar rule over Vegas

I think it might be House, seeing as he's so heavily involved in all aspects of New Vegas.

However, NCR might provide the most opportunity for further games with them, as it will continue their expansion.

Hopefully the Legion. It'd be better to have the bady guys in a position of power, because it leads to a better fight down the road. And plus, its about time the evil ending was canon for once.

But I apsolutely hope it isn't the NCR ending. I just find them so boring.

My guess is either Yes-Man or NCR. I wouldn't mind House....but Legion would svck.

As I said before I don't think it's Mr House simply because the mojave would become stable in a matter of years and would (assuming mr house speaks the truth) have superior technology to the pre-war world and that wouldn't work out too well.
